Abstract

Claims (34)

  1. 각각 대향판에 일반적으로 수직으로 일렬정렬된 횡단 부재에 의해 상호 연결되고 대향판의 중심 두께의 10 내지 80배 거리만큼 인접 횡단 부재로부더 이격되어 있으며, 대향판간의 분리거리가 30 내지 800㎜인 2 내지 32㎜ 두께의 두 대향판을 포함하는 예비 조립된 이중 스킨 복합 패널.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각 횡단 부재가 이의 단부에서 두 대향판에 연결되는 패널.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 대향판이 스틸로부터 생산되는 패널.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 횡단 부재가 스틸로부터 생산되는 패널.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 대향판의 두께가 3 내지 20㎜인 패널.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 대향판의 두께가 6 내지 20㎜인 패널.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 대향판간의 분리거리가 100 내지 800㎜인 패널.

  16. 제1항 내지 15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 대향판이 이의 내면에 하나 이상의 엣지에 일반적으로 편평하거나 프로마일링된 단면과 패널을 인접 패널과 조립하는 동안 가이드로서 작용할 수 있는 경사진 단부 단면이 형성된 지지판이 고정된 패널.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 지지판이 각 패널의 각 내면의 일측을 따라 고정되고 이로부터 돌출하며, 지지판이 각 패널의 내면에 고정되고, 각각 패널 단부를 지나 연장하는 길이의 제1단면, 및 패널 중심으로 내향하여 경사진 단부 단면을 포함하는 패널.
  18. 각각 내면에 일반적으로 편평하거나 프로파일링된 단면, 및 용접되는 인접 이중 스킨 복합 패널에 패널을 일렬정렬시킬 때 가이드로서 작용하는 경사진 단부 단면이 형성된 지지만이 고정된, 다수의 횡단 부재에 의해 상호 연결된 두 대향판을 포함하는 이중 스킨 복합 패널.
  19. 사용시에 용접 금속 저장기의 일벽을 규정할 수 있는 일반적으로 편평하거나 프로파일링된 단면, 및 이중 스킨 복합 구조물의 인접 패널을 함께 소집하기 위한 가이드로서 대향면상에서 경사진 단면과 협동하여 작용하는 경사진 단부 단면을 포함하는 지지판.
  20. 제1항 내지 19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 단 부재가 스틸 바를 포함하는 패널.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 각 스틸 바가 이의 전장을 따라 실질적으로 균일한 횡단면을 갖는 패널.
  22. 제20항에 있어서, 각 스틸 바가 “I” 또는 “T” 자형 단면을 갖는 패널.
  23. 제1항에 있어서, 횡단 부재가 하나 또는 두 금속 시트의 내면에 용접된 핀 또는 소켓 및 횡단 부재의 일단 또는 양 단부에 의해 운반되고 핀을 수용하거나 인접 대향판의 소켓내로 삽입하기 위해 치수가 조절된 상보적인 소켓 또는 핀을 포함하는 접속에 의하여 대향판에 연결되는 이중 스킨 복합 패널.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 핀 및/또는 소켓이 조립시에 변형가능한 패널.
  25. 제23항 또는 24항에 있어서, 소켓이 하나 또는 각 대향판에 성형된 적절한 크기의 호울 또는 오목부를 포함하는 패널.
  26. 제23항 내지 25항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 핀이 단면을 수렴하고 틈새 또는 오목부내 마찰 피트를 규정하는 패널.
  27. 제1항 내지 26항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 대향판이 일반적으로 편평한 패널·
  28. 제l항 내지 27항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 대향판이 일반적으로 곡선인 패널.
  29. 하나의 패널의 지지판의 경사진 단부 단면을 판사이의 간격 내측에 근접해 있는 지지판의 제1단면과 인접한 패널의 개방 단부내에 위치시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제16항 내지 19항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 다수의 이중 스킨 복합 패널로부터 구조물을 제조하는 방법.
  30. 제29항에 있어서, 각 지지판의 제1단면이 패널의 인접 엣지를 함께 용접하는 동안 생성된 액체 금속을 보유하기 위한 금형의 일벽을 규정하는 방법.
  31. 실질적으로 본원에서 기술되고, 첨부 도면의 제1도 및 2도를 참조로 하여 기술된 바와 같은 이중 스킨 복합 패널.
  32. 실질적으로 첨부 도면의 제3도 및 4도를 참조로 하여 본원에서 기술된 바와 같은 이중 스킨 복합 패널.
  33. 실질적으로 첨부 도면의 제5도 내지 8도를 참조로 하여 본원에서 기술된 바와 같은 다수의 이중 스킨 복합 패널로부터의 이중 스킨 복합 구조물의 조립체.
