Abstract
본 발명은 강성 재료를 제조하는 신규한 방법에 관한 것이다. 강성 성분 분말은 분말이 현탁액에서 보존되는 동안에 금속들을 폴리올을 갖는 적합한 염으로부터 환원시킴으로써 용액 내의 코발트 및/또는 니켈 금속으로 피복된다. 폴리올은 용매 및 환원제로서 동시에 작용하고, 금속의 몰수보다 적어도 5배 이상의 폴리올의 몰수의 양으로 제공된다. 순수한 금속의 고립 영역의 형성 없이 강성 성분 분말의 표면 상에 코발트 및/또는 니켈의 균일한 분포가 얻어진다.

Claims (1)
- 용액에서 co 및/또는 Ni로 피복된 강성 성분 분말을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 분말을 현탁액으로 보존하는 동안에 폴리올을 갖는 적합한 염으로부터의 상기 금속들의 액상 환원에서, 폴리올은 용매 및 환원제로서 동시에 작용하고, 금속의 몰수보다 적어도 5배의 폴리올의 몰수의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강성 성분 분말을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
