Abstract

이 방법은 코폴리에스테르를 제조하는데 통상 사용되는 디알킬 에스테르 반응 또는 에스테르화 반응의 에스테르교환을 포함하지 않는다. 게다가, 본 발명은 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및 이로부터 제조된 코폴리에스테르가 일체의 생산라인에서 생산되도록 한다.

Claims (16)

  1. (Ⅰ) 불활성 대기하에 150℃ 내지 250℃에서 0.01 내지 8시간동안 중축합 촉매의 존재하에 (A) 화학식
    (여기에서, n은 1 내지 10이고, 말단기의 99% 이상은 에틸렌 글리콜 잔기임)의 디하이드록시 테레프탈레이트-함유 화합물; 및 (B) 탄소원자 6개 내지 20개를 갖는 지환족 디올, 탄소원자 2개 내지 20개를 갖는 지방족 디올 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 그룹엣 선택되는 디올을 디하이드록시 테레프탈레이트-함유 화합물 1몰당 0.005 내지 10몰을 반응시키는 단계, 및 (Ⅱ) 감압하에 175℃ 내지 325℃에서 단계(Ⅰ)의 반응생성물을 중축합하여 원하는 분자량이 얻어질 때까지 과량의 디올을 제거하면서 코폴리에스테르를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 코폴리에스테르를 제조하는 방법.
  2. (Ⅰ) 불활성 대기하에 180℃ 내지 230℃에서 0.1 내지 4시간동안 게르마늄 화합물, 주석 화합물, 갈륨 화합물 및 티탄 화합물로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 중축합 촉매 25ppm 내지 500ppm의 존재하에 (A) 화학식
    (여기에서, n은 1 내지 5이고, 말단기의 99% 이상은 에틸렌 글리콜 잔기임)의 디하이드록시 테레프탈레이트-함유 화합물; 및 (B) 탄소원자 6개 내지 20개를 갖는 지환족 디올, 탄소원자 2개 내지 20개를 갖는 지방족 디올 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 디올을 디하이드록시 테레프탈레이트-함유 화합물 1몰당 0.005 내지 10몰을 반응시키는 단계, 및 (Ⅱ) 감압하에 250℃ 내지 300℃에서 단계(Ⅰ)의 반응생성물을 중축합하여 원하는 분자량이 얻어질 때까지 0.1 내지 6시간동안 과량의 디올을 제거하면서 코폴리에스테르를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 코폴리에스테르를 제조하는 방법.
  3. (Ⅰ) 불활성 대기하에 180℃ 내지 230℃에서 0.1 내지 4시간동안 게르마늄 화합물 50ppm 내지 300ppm의 존재하에 (A) 비스-2-하이드록시에틸 테레프탈레이트; 및 (B) 비스-2-하이드록시 에틸 테레프탈레이트 1몰당 1,4-사이클로헥산디메탄올 0.005 내지 3몰을 반응시키는 단계, 및 (Ⅱ) 감압하에 250℃ 내지 300℃에서 단계(Ⅰ)의, 반응 생성물을 중축합하여 원하는 분자량이 얻어질 때까지 0.1 내지 6시간동안 과량의 디올을 제거하면서 코폴리에스테르를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 코폴리에스테르를 제조하는 방법.
  4. (Ⅰ) 불활성 대기하에 180℃ 내지 230℃에서 0.1 내지 4시간동안 주석 화합물 50ppm 내지 300ppm의 존재하에 (A) 비스-2-하이드록시에틸 테레프탈레이트; 및 (B) 비스-2-하이드록시 에틸 테레프탈레이트 1몰당 2,2,4,4-테트라메틸-1,3-사이클로부탄디올 0.005 내지 3몰을 반응시키는 단계, 및 (Ⅱ) 감압하에 250℃ 내지 300℃에서 단계(Ⅰ)의 반응생성물을 중축합하여 원하는 분자량이 얻어질 때까지 0.01 내지 6시간동안 과량의 디올을 제거하면서 코폴리에스테르를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 코폴리에스테르를 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 디하이드록시 테레프탈레이트-함유 화합물[성분(A)]이 비스-2-하이드록시에틸 테레프탈레이트인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 디하이드록시 테레프탈레이트-함유 화합물[성분(A)]이 비스-2-하이드록시에틸 테레프탈레이트와 화학식
    의 디하이드록시 테레프탈레이트-함유 화합물의 혼합물인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 디하이드록시 테레프탈레이트-함유 화합물[성분(A)]이 비스-2-하이드록시에틸 테레프탈레이트와 화학식
    의 디하이드록시 테레프탈레이트-함유 화합물의 혼합물인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 디올[성분(B)]이 1,4-사이클로헥산디메탄올, 2,2,4,4-테트라메틸-1,3-사이클로부탄디올, 에틸렌 글리콜, 디에틸렌 글리콜, 트리에틸렌 글리콜, 에틸렌 글리콜, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 프로판디올, 부탄디올, 펜탄디올, 헥산디올 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 디올[성분(B)]이 1,4-사이클로헥산디메탄올인 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 디올[성분(B)]이 2,2,4,4-테트라메틸-1,3-사이클로부탄디올인 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 디하이드록시 테레프탈레이트-함유 화합물[성분(A)]과 반응하는 디올[성분(B)]의 양이 디하드록시 테레프탈레이트-함유 화합물의 몰을 기준으로 0.005 내지 3몰인 방법.
  12. 제2항에 있어서, 단계(Ⅱ)를 270℃ 내지 290℃에서 0.25 내지 2시간동안 수행하는 방법.
  13. 제2항에 있어서, 중축합 촉매가 게르마늄 화합물과 주석 화합물로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 중축합 촉매가 산화게르마늄(Ⅳ)인 방법.
