Claims (26)
- 올리고머화 조건하에서 적어도 하나의 올레핀을 포함하는 공급물을 정제된 구속지수(refined constraint index, CI°)가 10 이상인 적어도 하나의 분자체와 CI°가 2 내지 10의 범위내에 있는 적어도 하나의 분자체를 포함하는 촉매와 접촉시키고, 적어도 하나의 올레핀 올리고머를 포함하느 생성물의 회수하는 것을 포함하는 올레핀의 올리고머화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 ZSM-22와 ZSM-5를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 ZSM-22와 ZSM-57를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 공급물이 탄소 원자수 2 내지 12를 갖는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 공급물이 탄소 원자수 2 내지 6를 갖는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 공급물이 프로펜인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 공급물이 부텐 및/또는 펜텐을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 10:90 내지 90:10의 중량비율로 2개의 분자체를 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 공급물을 일렬의 2개의 분자체 촉매를 통해 통과시키는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 ZSM-22를 포함하고, ZSM-22가 ZSM-5 또는 ZSM-57의 상부스트림에 있는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 2개의 분자체를 혼합물로 포함하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 결정성 혼합물 형태의 분자체를 포함하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 분말 혼합물 형태인 방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 압출물 형태인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀을 불활성 희석제와 혼합물 형태로 촉매에 공급하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 공급물을 수화하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1.5 내지 7,5whsv의 반응물 공간 속도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 올리고머화 조건하에서 프로펜 함유 공급원료와 ZSM-5 및 ZSM-22를 포함하는 촉매를 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 노넨 함유 생성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 본원에 개시된 실시예중 어느 하나에 개시된 바와 실질적으로 같이 수행하는 방법.
- 올레핀 올리고머화 반응에서 올리고머 생성물 분포를 조절하기 위한 CI°가 10이상인 적어도 하나의 분자체 및 CI°가 2 내지 10범위내에 있는 적어도 하나의 분자체를 포함하는 분자체 촉매 시스템의 용도.
- 프로펜을 올리고머화하여 생성된 노넨의 비율을 조절하기 위한,더욱 특히 극대화하기 위한, CI°가 10 이상인 적어도 하나의 분자체 및 CI°가 2 내지 10범위내에 있는 적어도 하나의 분자체를 포함하는 2개의 분자체 촉매 시스템의 용도.
- 올리고머화 촉매 활성 안정성을 증진시키기 위한, CI°가 10이상인 적어도 하나의 분자체 및 CI°가 2내지 10범위내에 있는 적어도 하나의 분자체를 포함하는 2개의 분자체 촉매 시스템의 용도.
- 압출물 형태의 ZSM-5 와 ZSM-22 제올라이트의 혼합물.
- ZSM-57과 ZSM-22 제올라이트의 혼합물.
- 제23항 또는 제24항에 있어서, 10:90 내지 90:10의 중량비를 갖는 혼합물.
