Abstract

본 발명은 피부 발진의 발생을 줄이면서 우수한 경피 흡수성과 점착성을 갖는 이소소비드 디니트레이트 함유 팻치를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명은 연질 지지부에 형성된 시릴콘-기재 접착제(A)와 폴리비닐 아세테이트-기재 접착제(B)를 A : B=85 :15 내지 15 :85의 중량비로 함유하는 접착제와, 상기 압력-민감성 접착제(A+B)에 대해 이소소비드 디니트레이드(C)를 (A+B) : C =90 :10 내지 60 : 40의 중량비로 함유하는 접착 조성물로 이루어진 접착층(A′)이 연질 지지부상에 형성되어 있는, 이소소비드 디니트레이트 함유 팻치를 명시하고 있다.

Claims (15)

  1. 실리콘-기재 접찹제(A)와 폴리비닐 아세테이트-기재 접착제(B)를 A : B=85 :15 내지 15 :85의 중량비로 함유하는 접착제와, 상기 압력-민감성 접착제(A+B)에 대해 이소소비드 디니트레이드(C)를 (A+B) : C =90 :10 내지 60 : 40의 중량비로 함유하는 접착 조성물로 이루어진 접착층(A′)이 연질 지지부상에 형성되어 있는, 이소소비드 디니트레이트 함유 팻치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착제의 중량비는 A : B=20 :80 내지 40 :60인 이소소비드 디니트레이트 함유 팻치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘-기재 접착제(A)는 다음 식(I)에 의해 나탄낸 접착제인 이소소비드 디니트레이트 함유 팻치.
    여기서 Me : -CH3, x : 50∼50,000, R: -CH3, -0-Si(Me)3, y : 50∼50,000. R′ : -OH, -CH3
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐 아세테이트-기재 접착제(B)는 비닐 아세테이트와 (메트) 아크릴레이트 알킬 에스테르 및/또는 (메트)아크릴산의 공중합체이며, 비닐 아세테이트의 공중합비는 적어도 50중량 백분율인 이소소비드 디니트레이트 함유 팻치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐 아세테이트-기재 접착제(B)는 2-에틸핵실(메트) 아크릴레이트와 (메트) 아크릴산에 대한 비닐 아세테이트의 공중합비가 60 : 40 내지 80 : 20의 접착제인 이소소비드 디니트레이트 함유 팻치.
  6. 제1 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연질 지지부는 (a) 필름층 (b) 접착층 (B′), 및 (c) 직물로 구성되고, 여기서 가장 바깥층은 (a)이며 상기 연질 지지부부는 (a), (b)와 (c)의 순서로 적충된 것인 이소소비드 디니트레이트 함유 팻치.
  7. 제1 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접착층(A′)은 10 내지 60㎛의 두께를 갖는 이소소비드 디니트레이트 함유 팻치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 필름층은 0.5㎛ 내지 10㎛의 두께를 가지며, 폴리에스테르, 폴리올레핀, 폴리아미드 및 또는 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체로 이루어진 것인 이소소비드 디니트레이트 함유 팻치.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 필름층은 0.5㎛ 내지 4.9㎛ 두께를 갖는 폴리에스테르 필름인 것인 이소소비드 디니트레이트 함유 팻치.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 접착층(B′)은 5 내지 40㎛의 두께를 기지며, 실리콘-기재 접착제, 아크릴-기재접착제, 고무-기재 접착제, 폴리비닐 아세테이트-기재 접착제, 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트-기재 접착제 및/또는 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 것인 이소소비드 디니트레이트 함유 팻치.
  11. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 접착층(B′)은 10 내지 25㎛의 두께를 갖는 고무-기재 접착제인 이소소비드 디니트레이트 함유 팻치.
  12. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 직물층은 8 내지 100g/㎡ 단위 면적 중량을 가지며, 폴리에스테르, 폴리올레핀, 폴리아미드 및/또는 에틸렌-에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체로 이루어진 것인 이소소비드 디니트레이트 함유 팻치.
  13. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 직물층은 5 내지 60g/㎡ 단위 면적 중량을 갖는 폴리에스테르인 이소소비드 디니트레이트 함유 팻치.
  14. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 접착층(A′)은 10 내지 60㎛의 두께를 가지며, 상기 필름층은 0.5 내지 4.9㎛의 두께를 갖는 폴리에스테르 필름이며, 상기 접착층(B′)은 10 내지 25㎛의 두께를 갖는 고무-기재 접착제이며, 상기 직물층은 5 내지 60g/㎡ 단위 면적 중량을 갖는 폴리에스테르인 이소소비드 디니트레이트 함유 팻치.
  15. 실리콘-기재 접착제(A)와 폴리비닐 아세테이트-기재 접착제(B)를 A : B=85 :15 내지 15 :85의 중량비로 함유하는 한편, 이소소비드 디니트레이트(C)를 전혀 함유하지 않거나 이소소비드 디니트레이트를 적정량을 함유하지 않는 접착층(A′)으로 연질 지지부에 적층시킨 다음, 이소소비드 디니트레이트(C)를 상기 접착층(A′)상에 분사시키는 것으로 이루어지는 것인 이소소비드 디니트레이트 함유 팻치의 제조 방법.
