Abstract
본 발명의 제어 구조 및 작동은 각 펌프 사이클에 대한 펌프 압력 특성들을 샘플링하고, 보상 운동 프로필을 계산하고, 펌프를 구동하는 모터에 그 프로필을 인가해 줌으로써, 펌프 전환 시의 압력 변화들을 최소화하도록 설계되어 있다. 이러한 제어는 다음의 특성들, 즉 양의 변위, 반복적인 사이클 특성들, 회전 모터 구동 장치, 및 결코 제로(0)로 되지 않는 출력 압력 사이클 곡선을 갖는 어떤 임의의 펌프에서도 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (4)
- 회전 모터 구동 장치를 갖는 왕복식 다중 실린더 펌프에 있어서, 각 펌프 사이클에 대한 압력 곡선을 샘플링하는 수단과, 상기 샘플링 수단으로부터 보상 압력 곡선을 계산하는 수단, 및 상기 모터에 대해 상기 보상 압력 곡선을 인가해주는 제어 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 실린더 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어 입력의 위상 지연을 계산하고 상기 지연을 보상해주는 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 실린더 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모터의 회전 위치를 결정해주는 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 실린더 펌프.
- 회전 모터 구동 장치를 갖는 왕복식 다중 실린더 펌프의 제어 방법에 있어서, 각 펌프 사이클에 대한 압력 곡선을 샘플링하는 단계와, 상기 샘플링 수단으로부터 보상 압력 곡선을 계산하는 단계, 및 상기 보상 압력 곡선을 인가하여 상기 모터를 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중 실린더 펌프의 제어 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
