Abstract

본 발명은 차량잠금장치에 장착되어 차량잠금장치가 잠겨지는 경우, 차량몸체상에 장착된 스트라이커에 결합하여 지지하는 차량잠금래치용 라체트에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 라체트는 금속기판과 플라스틱 커버를 포함하고, 상기 금속기판은 걸림위치에서 상기 라체트를 지지하도록 포올과 결합하기 위한 1차걸림치차와, 상기 라체트가 걸림해제위치에 있을 경우, 스트라이커에 결합하기 위한 스트라이커 치차를 갖추며, 상기 플라스틱 커버는 상기 라체트가 잠금래치의 다른 부분에 접촉함으로서 생성된 소음을 감소시키도록 일련의 간극이 형성된 외팔보형 핑거부들을 갖추고, 상기 핑거부들이 일체형 베이스에 결합되어 경사가 형성되는 범퍼를 갖추고 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 차량잠금래치가 걸림 및 열림상태에서 실선으로 도시되고, 여러가지 부품들이 걸림해제 또는 잠김위치에서 점선으로 도시된 상태를 나타낸 일부절개 전방측면도, 제2도는 제1도의 선 2-2을 따라서 절취되고, 중간레버가 잠김위치에서 점선으로 도시된 상태를 나타낸 단면도, 제3도는 제2도의 선 3-3을 따라서 절취되고, 상기 걸림 및 열림조건이 실선으로 도시되고, 여러가지 부품들이 걸림해제 또는 잠김위치에서 점선으로 도시된 상태를 나타낸 후방측면도, 제4도는 제1도의 선 4-4을 따라서 절취되고, 여러가지 부품들이 걸림해제 또는 잠김위치에서 점선으로 도시된 상태를 나타낸 부분 단면도, 제5도는 제1도와 유사한 도면으로서, 걸림해제 및 열림상태의 차량잠금래치를 도시한 전방측면도, 제6도는 차량잠금래치와, 그것이 장착되는 도어의 일부를 나타낸 분해사시도, 제7도는 사출성형된 잠금래치용 라체트의 전방 확대도, 제8도는 본 발명에 따른 라체트의 사시도, 제9도는 제7도와 유사한 도면으로서, 본 발명에 따라서 사출성형된 잠금래치용 라체트의 전방 확대도, 제10도는 제8도와 제9도에 도시된 라체트의 범퍼를 도시한 확대도.

Claims (7)

  1. 차량잠금장치에 장착되어 차량잠금장치가 잠겨지는 경우, 차량몸체상에 장착된 스트라이커에 결합하여 지지하는 차량잠금래치용 라체트에 있어서, 금속기판과 플라스틱 커버를 포함하고, 상기 금속기판은 걸림위치에서 상기 라체트를 지지하도록 포올과 결합하기 위한 1차걸림치차와, 상기 라체트가 걸림해제위치에 있을 경우, 스트라이커에 결합하기 위한 스트라이커 치차를 갖추며, 상기 플라스틱 커버는 상기 라체트가 잠금래치의 다른 부분에 접촉함으로서 생성된 소음을 감소시키도록 일련의 간극이 형성된 외팔보형 핑거부들을 갖추고, 상기 핑거부들이 일체형 베이스에 결합되어 경사가 형성되는 범퍼를 갖춤을 특징으로 하는 차량잠금래치용 라체트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외팔보형 핑거부들의 단부는 곡선형상의 프로파일이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 차량 잠금래치용 라체트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외팔보형 핑거부들은 대략 0.5㎜ 두께로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 차량잠금래치용 라체트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스는 대략 1㎜ 두께로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 차량잠금래치용 라체트.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외팔보형 핑거부들 사이의 간격은 대략 0.5㎜임을 특징으로 하는 차량잠금래치용 라체트.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외팔보형 핑거부들은 상기 라체트가 차량잠금래치의 다른 부분에 접촉하는 경우, 라체트의 방향으로부터 멀어지는 방향으로 경사가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 차량잠금래치용 라체트.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 잠금래치는 피봇멈춤레버를 갖추고, 상기 외팔보형 핑거부들은 상기 멈춤레버에 접촉함을 특징으로 하는 차량잠금래치용 라체트.
