Abstract

본 발명은 국소 투여형 치주염 치료제 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 항생제가 함유된 생분해성 고분자 마이크로스피어와 수용성 고분자를 혼합하고 증류수를 가하여 하이드로겔을 제조한 후 이를 필름 또는 스트립으로 성형하여 제조한 본 발명의 서방형 치주염 치료제 조성물은, 장기간에 걸쳐 지속적으로 약물효과를 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (11)

  1. 항균제가 함유된 생분해성 고분자 마이크로스피어와 수용성 고분자를 포함하는 필름 또는 스트립 형태로된 서방형 치주염 치료제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항균제가 테트라사이클린, 미노사이클린, 옥시사이클린, 클로로헥시딘, 메트로니다졸 및 이들의 염으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생분해성 고분자가 폴리락트산, 폴리글리콜산 및 락트산과 글리콜산의 공중합체로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 고분자가 하이드록시프로필 셀룰로우즈, 하이드록시프로필 메틸셀룰로오즈, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리비닐알콜, 펙틴, 알긴산나트륨 및 덱스트란으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 항균제가 함유된 생분해성 고분자 마이크로스피어와 수용성 고분자를 혼합하고 증류수를 가하여 하이드로젤을 제조하는 단계 및 상기 하이드로젤을 필름 또는 스트립으로 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 서방형 치주염 치료제 조성물의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 고분자와 마이크로스피어의 혼합비율이 5 : 95 내지 50 : 50인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로젤에서 수용성 고분자의 농도가 1 내지 20중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 고분자가 알긴산나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 성형된 필름 또는 스트립을 2가 양이온 염화물의 수용액으로 코팅하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 양이온 염화물이 염화칼슘, 염화마그네슘, 염화알루미늄 또는 염화바륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서 2 내지 5% 농도의 2가 양이온 염화물의 수용액을 스프레이하여 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
