Abstract

자기 테이프가 얇은 형태의 경우라도 드럼에 대한 테이프 로딩 동작시 및 로딩 해제 동작시에 있어서 리드에 의해 테이프 모서리부분에 손상이 발생하는 일이 없도록 자기테이프를 로딩하는 기록 재생 장치를 얻는다.
회전 드럼(13)의 리드(R)의 높이를 자기테이프(T)가 회전드럼으로 로딩되기 직전의 하부 모서리(T1)의 높이로 설치하고, 또한, 드럼에 로딩되었을 때의 자기테이프에 생기는 상부 및 하부 모서리 텐션의 불일치를 보정하기 위해 드럼 출구쪽의 테이프 가이드(16)에서 자기 테이프(T)가 비틀리도록 하였다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 대한 일 실시예의 테이프 로딩을 VTR장치에 적용한 테이프 주행계를 도시한 평면도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 드럼으로 테이프를 로딩시키는 테이프 로딩기구의 주요부를 도시한 정면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 공급측 테이프릴에서 인출된 자기 테이프가 드럼 입구측 및 출구측에 설치된 경사 가이드 및 테이프 가이드에 의해 드럼의 리드에 따라 헬리컬 형태로 감겨져, 캡스턴을 거셔서 감는 측 테이프릴에 감겨지는 테이프 주행계를 갖춘 자기 기록 재생 장치의 테이프 로딩 기구에 있어서, 드럼의 리드 높이를 자기 테이프가 드럼으로 로딩되기 직전의 하부 모서리의 높이에 설치되고, 또한 상기한 드럼에 로딩되었을 때의 자기 테이프에 생기는 상부 및 하부 모서리 텐션의 불일치를 보정하기 위해 테이프 주행계의 중간부분에서 자기 테이프가 비틀리도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 재생 장치의 테이프 로딩기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 드럼의 리드는 출구측 리드의 높이가 자기 테이프가 드럼으로 로딩되기 직전 상태의 하부 모서리의 높이로 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 재생 장치의 테이프 로딩 기구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 자기 테이프는 드럼의 출구측에서 비틀려지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 재생장치의 테이프 로딩 기구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 자기 테이프는 캡스턴의 상류측에서 드럼의 출구측의 테이프가이드에서 비틀림이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 재생 장치의 테이프 로딩 기구.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 드럼과 캡스턴 사이의 테이프 주행계는 경사 가이드와 테이프 가이드 2개를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록 재생 장치의 테이프 로딩 기구.
