Abstract

저수축율 혼방사는 보강 필라멘트와 융점이 보강 필라멘트의 융점 또는 분해점보다 낮은 열가소성 중합체로 이루어진 매트릭스 필라멘트를 포함한다. 본 발명의 사는 160℃ 열품 수축율이 2% 이하이고 200℃ 열풍 수축율이 5% 이하임을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 사는 복합물의 제조에 유용하다.

Claims (16)

  1. 보강 필라멘트와 융점이 보강 필라멘트의 융점 또는 분해점보다 낮은 열가소성 중합체로 이루어진 매트릭스 필라멘트를 포함하는 혼방사로서, 0.004cN/dtex의 하중하에 사 샘플에 대하여 측정한 열풍 수축율이 공기 온도 160℃에서 2%이하, 특히 1% 이하이고 공기온도 200℃에서 5% 이하, 특히 3% 이하임을 특징으로 하는 혼방사.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, DIN 53866 파트 12에 따라 측정한 정적 수축강도가 200℃에서 0.01cN/dtex임을 특징으로 하는 혼방사.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 2050 로스차일드 교락 시험기를 사용하여 측정한 교락 공간이 60mm미만, 바람직하게는 30mm 미만임을 특징으로 하는 혼방사.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 플랫사로서의 혼방사.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체로 이루어진 매트릭스 필라멘트의 융점이 보강 필라멘트의 융점 또는 분해점보다 30℃이상 낮은 혼방사.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 보강 필라멘트의 초기 모듈러스가 50Gpa를 초과하고 바람직하게는 유리, 탄소 또는 방향족 폴리아미드로 이루어지는 혼방사.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 보강 필라멘트의 초기 모듈러스가 10Gpa를 초과하고 폴리에스테르, 특히 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 이루어지는 혼방사.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스 필라멘트가 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및/또는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및/또는 화학적으로 개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 이루어지는 혼방사.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 보강 필라멘트가 매트릭스 필라멘트가 동일한 종류의 중합체, 바람직하게는 폴리아미드/폴리아미드, 폴리올레핀/폴리올레핀 또는 특히 폴리에스테르/폴리에스테르 배합물로 이루어지는 혼방사.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스 필라멘트가 화학식(1) 및 (2)의 구조 반복단위를 함유하는 화학적으로 개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 이루어지는 혼방사.

    -O-OC-R2-CO-O-R3- (2)
    상기 화학식(1) 및 (2)에서 Ar1은 유리 원자가가 파라 또는 서로 동등하게 평행하거나 동축으로 위치하는 2가 모노사이클릭 또는 폴리사이클릭 방향족 라디칼, 바람직하게는 1,4-페닐렌 및/또는 2,6-나프탈렌이고, R1및 R2은 서로 독립적으로 2가 지방족 또는 지환족 라디칼, 특히 화학식 -CnH2n-(여기서, n은 2 내지 10의 정수이다)의 라디칼, 특히 에틸렌이거나, 사이클로 헥산디메탄올로부터 유도된 라디칼이며, R2는 유리 원자가가 메타 또는 서로 동등한 각도로 위치하는 2가 지방족, 지환족 또는 모노사이클릭 또는 폴리사이클릭 방향족 라디칼, 바람직하게는 1,3-페닐렌이다.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 매트릭스 필라멘트가, Ar1이 1,4-페닐렌 및/또는 2,6-나프탈렌이고 R1및 R2이 각각 에틸렌이며, R2가 1,3-페닐렌인 화학식(1)의 구조 반복단위 40 내지 95mol%와 화학식(2)의 구조 반복단위 60 내지 5mol%를 함유하는 화학적으로 개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 이루어지는 혼방사.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스 필라멘트가 열가소성 중합체와 탄성 중합체, 특히 폴리우레탄, 폴리아미드 또는 바람직하게는 폴리에스테르로 이루어지는 혼방사.
  13. 공급사 스트렌드의 한 부분(보강 공급사)이상이 보강 필라멘트로 이루어지고 공급사 스트렌드의 추가의 부분(매트릭스 공급사)이 200℃ 열품 수축율이 20% 이상인 열가소성 중합체로 구성된 저융점 매트릭스 필라멘트로 이루어지고 상이한 속도로 움직이는 2개 이상의 공급사 스트렌드를 교락 제트에 공급하는 단계 a), 교락제트에 공급하는 동안 매트릭스 공급사를 한 부분 이상이 수축되도록 하는 온도로 가열하는 단계 b), 제1혼방사가 형성되도록 하는 조건하에 공급사 스트렌드를 교락 제트에서 교락시키는 단계 c) 및 제조된 제1혼방사를 수축이 일어나거나 일어나지 않고 및/또는 추가로 가열하면서 빼내는 단계 d)를 포함하는, 제1항에서 정의한 저수축율 혼방사의 제조방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 교락 제트에 도입되는 공급사의 초과 공급에서의 차이가 제조되는 교락사가 플랫 혼방사가 되도록 선택되는 방법.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 제조되는 교락사가, 루프가 하나 이상의 연속적인 가열단게에서 수축의 이완을 통해 사실상 재차 플랫화되는 루프 혼방사가 되도록 교락 제트에 도입되는 공급사의 초과 공급에서의 차이가 선택되는 방법.
  16. 복합물 또는 섬유 시트 물질, 특히 레이드 구조물을 제조하기 위한, 제1항에 따르는 저수축율 혼방사의 용도.
