Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 정면 충돌시 충격을 흡수하여 차체의 보호와 아울러 탑승자의 전달되는 충격을 최소화하여 안전이 도모되도록 하는 자동차용 범퍼 구조로 이를 실현하기 위한 자동차의 범퍼 구조에 있어서, 범퍼의 외관을 형성하는 프론트 범퍼 커버와 이 프론트 범퍼 커버의 내측에 1차로 외력의 흡수가 이루어지도록 개재설치되는 충격흡수부재와, 이 충격 흡수부재의 내측에 설치되는 범퍼 레일 사이에 충격력의 흡수가 가변적으로 이루어지도록 설치된 완충 구조부재를 포함하여 이루어지고 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 자동차의 범퍼 구조에 있어서, 범퍼(20) 외관을 형성하는 프론트 범퍼 커버(22)와, 이 프론트 범퍼 커버(22)의 내측에 1차로 외력의 흡수가 이루어지도록 개재 설치되는 충격흡수부재(24)와, 이 충격 흡수부재(24)의 내측에 설치되는 범퍼 레일(28) 사이에 충격력의 흡수가 가변적으로 이루어지도록 설치된 완충구조부재(26)를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 범퍼 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 완충 구조부재(26)는 충격 흡수부재(24) 측에 탄성력을 받도록 프론트 보강 플레이트(30)와, 이 프론트 보강 플레이트(30)의 타측 범퍼 레일(28)에 장착되어 탄압력을 받도록 설치된 리어 보강 플레이트(32)와, 상기 프론트 보강 플레이트(30)와 리어 보강 플레이트(32)의 사이에 개재되어 전달된 외부 충격을 흡수하도록 복수개 설치된 탄성 플레이트부재(34)와, 이 탄성 플레이트부재(34)간의 사이에 탄압시 충격의 재흡수가 이루어지도록 설치된 탄성부재(36)를 포함하여 이루어지는 자동차용 범퍼 구조.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 탄성 플레이트부재(34)는 양단에 절곡된 탄지편(38)을 곡면으로 연결하는 구면부(40)를 형성하여 프론트 보강 플레이트(30)에 접촉 설치되는 제1탄성편(42)과, 이 제1탄성편(42)에 대해 대칭으로 리어 보강 플레이트(32)에 탄지 접촉하게 설치되는 제2탄성편(44)과, 상기 제1,2탄성편(42)(44)이 외부 충격시에도 견고하게 구면부(40)를 고정하므로서 탄성력을 보유하도록 한 체결 고정부재(46)를 포함하여 이루어지는 자동차용 범퍼 구조.
