Abstract
각종 제어 장치를 차량에 탑재할 때의 공간적인 문제, 중량 문제 및 차량의 생산성을 개선한다.
전동모터(110)의 회전축(111)에 제1 및 제2펌프(120,130)을 접속한다. 전동모터(110)의 작동에 의해 제1펌프(120)는 차고조정용 유체식 제어장치에 압축공기를 토출하는 동시에 제2펌프(120)는 앤티록 브레이크(또는 점착마찰, 안정성 제어)용 유체식 제어장치에 작동유를 토출한다. 차고조정용 유체식 제어장치는 차량의 발진전까지의 정지중에 작동되는 수가 많고 앤티록 브레이크(또는 점작마찰, 안정성 제어)용 유체식 제어 장치는 차량의 발진시 또는 주행중에 작동하는 일이 많고 양 유체식 제어 장치는 동시에 작동하는 일이 거의 없으므로 양 유체식 제어 장치의 기능을 다치는 일이 없이 전동모터(110)을 유효하게 활용할 수 있다.

Claims (6)
- 작동 유체를 토출하는 제1 및 제2펌프와, 상기 제1펀프에서 토출된 작동 유체를 사용하여 차고를 조정하는 제1유체식 제어 장치와, 상기 제2펌프에서 토출된 작동 유체를 사용하여 차륜의 제동력을 제어하는 제2유체식 제어 장치를 구비한 차량의 제어 장치에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2펌프에 공통으로 설치되어지며 출력축을 상기 제1 및 제2펌프에 동력 전달이 가능하게 접속한 하나의 구동원을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동원의 출력축과, 상기 제1 및 제1펌프 중의 적어도 한쪽은 분리가능하게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 작동 유체를 토출하는 제1 및 제2펌프와, 작동 상태에서 상기 제1펌프에서의 작동 유체의 공급 및 상기 공급된 작동유체의 배출에 의해 차고를 조정하는 제1유체식 제어장치와, 작동 상태에서 상기 제2펌프에서 토출된 작동 유체를 사용하여 차륜의 제동력을 제어하는 제2유체식 제어장치를 구비한 차량의 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2펌프에 공통으로 설치되어지는 출력축을 상기 제1 및 제2펌프에 동력전달가능하게 접속한 한개의 구동원과, 차고값을 검출하는 것과 동시에 상기 검출한 차고값에 따라서 상기 구동원 및 상기 제1유체식 제어장치의 작동을 전기적으로 제어하는 제1전기 제어장치와, 차륜의 회전 상태 또는 차량의 거동을 검출하는 동시에 상기 검출된 차륜의 회전 상태 또는 차량의 거동에 따라서 상기 구동원 및 상기 제2유체식 제어 장치의 작동을 제어하는 제2의 전기 장치를 설치하고, 또한 상기 제1전기 제어 장치에, 상기 제2의 전기 제어장치가 상기 제2유체식 제어장치의 작동을 제어하고 있을 때, 상기 제1펌프에서 상기 제1유체식 제어정치로의 작동유체의 공급 및 상기 공급된 작동 유체의 배출에 의한 차고조정의 제어중, 적어도 상기 제1펌프에서 상기 제1유체식 제어장치로의 작동 유체의 공급에 의한 차고 조정의 제어를 금지하는 금지 제어 수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 타량의 제어 장치.
- 작동 유체를 토출하는 제1 및 제2펌프와, 작동 상태에서 상기 제1펌프에서의 작동 유체의 공급 및 상기 공급된 작동유체의 배출에 의해 차고를 조정하는 제1유체식 제어장치와, 작동 상태에서 상기 제2펌프에서 토출된 작동 유체를 사용하여 차륜의 제동력을 제어하는 제2유체식 제어장치를 구비한 차량의 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2펌프에 공통으로 설치되어 출력축을 상기 제1 및 제2펌프에 동력전달가능하게 접속한 한개의 구동원과, 차고값을 검출하는 동시에 상기 검출된 차고값에 따라서 상기 구동원 및 상기 제1유체식 제어장치의 작동을 전기적으로 제어하는 제1전기 제어장치와, 차륜의 로킹 또는 차량의 슬립을 검출하고 상기 검출시에 상기 구도원 및 상기 제2유체식 제어 장치의 작동을 제어하는 제2전기 제어 장치를 설치하고, 또란 상기 제1의 전기 제어 장치에 차륜의 로킹 또는 슬립의 원인이 되는 차량의 운전 조작을 검출하고 상기 운전 조작의 검출시에, 상기 제1펌프에서 상기 제1유체식 제어장치로의 공급 및 상기 공급된 작동 유체의 배출에 의한 차고조정의 제어중, 적어도 상기 제1펌프에서 상기 제1유체식 제어장치로의 작동 유체의 공급에 의한 차고 조정의 제어를 금지하는 금지 제어 수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1펌프는 작동 유체로서 공기를 토출하는 것이며, 상기 제1유체식 제어장치는 작동 유체로서 공기를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1전기 제어 장치에서, 더욱이 상기 금지 제어 수단에 의한 차고조정제어의 금지시에, 상기 제1유체식 제어장치를 제어하여 상기 제1펌프에서 토출된 작동유체를 배출하는 베출제어수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
