Abstract
바람직하게는 이랑형으로 우묵하며 불규칙하게 배열된 본 발명의 제품은 공기 중의 악취 성분의 흡착 및 또한 분진 수거 기능을 제공한다. 또한 본 발명은 유입되는 외부 공기와 접촉 가능한 시트 표면 및 외부 섬유 구조물이 라텍스, 에멀젼 또는 비용매 접착제로 이루어진 결합제 층으로 형성되고 결합제 층이 부분적으로 노출된 활성탄 입자들에 부착된, 조악한 3차원 구조인 직포 시트를 포함한다. 활성탄 입자들을 부착시키는 공정은 유동화 층에 의해 편리하게 수행된다. 본 발명의 시트 형태의 직물은, 공극률이 크고 균일한 입자들을 혼입시킴으로써 높은 흡착 속도 및 흡착능을 나타내게 되고 이의 결과로서 공기풍의 속도와 관계 없이 적용할 수 있는 과도하게 낮은 압력손실을 나타내게 된다. 이의 바람직한 용도는 차량용 에어컨의 필터 부재이다.

- 유입되는 외부 공기와 접촉 가능한 시트의 표면 영역 및 내부 섬유 구조물이 라텍스, 에멀젼 또는 비용매 접착제로 이루어진 결합제 층으로 형성되고 결합제 층이 부분적으로 노출된 활성탄 입자들에 부착된, 조악한 3차원 구조인 직포 시트를 포함하는 분진수거 기능이 있는 흡착제품.

- 유입되는 공기와 접촉 가능한 시트의 표면 영역 및 내부 섬유 구조물에 라텍스, 에멀젼 또는 비용매 접착제로 이루어진 결합제 층을 형성시키는 단계 및 결합제 층에 제공된 직포 시트를 유동화 활성탄으로 통과시켜 부분적으로 노출된 부위가 있는 결합제 층 위에 활성탄 입자들을 부착시키는 단계를 포함하여, 조악한 3차원 구조인 직포 시트를 포함하는 분진 수거 기능이 있는 흡착제품을 제조하는 방법.
- 직포시트가 부분적으로 이랑형의 우묵한 배열을 갖는 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 직포.
- 부분적으로 아닐린, 인산, 말산, 또는 제1철 또는 제2철의 염을 보유하는 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 활성탄.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 차량의 에어컨 또는 공기 청정기용 부재인 흡착제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
