Abstract

정/역 운동을 검출할 수 있는 엔코더는 베이스 상에 지지되어 물체의 운동에 따라 회전하는 회전축, 회전축에 고정된 2개의 회전디스크 그리고 디스크와 일체로된 베이스 상에 장착된 2개의 포토커플러를 포함하고 있다. 각각의 상기 회전 디스크 소정의 광 모듈레이팅 패턴으로 형성되어 주변방향을 따라서 빛의 강도를 변화시킨다. 각각의 포토커플러는 회전디스크 쪽으로 빛을 발광하고 회전디스크 상에 패턴에 의해 조절된 빛을 검출한다.
회전디스크 사이의 각도 관계는 회전축의 회전으로 인한 포토커플러로부터의 출력신호가 소정의 위상차를 갖도록 선정되어 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 이동하는 물체의 정/역 운동을 검출할 수 있는 엔코더에 있어서, 상기 이동하는 물체의 운동에 따라서 회전하고 그리고 베이스 상에 지지된 회전축; 소정의 광 모듈레이팅 패턴으로 형성되어 있는, 상기 회전 축에 2개의 회전디스크; 상기 패턴을 검출하기 위해 상기 디스크와 일체로 되어 있는 상기 베이스 상에 장착된 2개의 포토커플러로 구성되어 있고, 여기에서 상기 회전디스크 사이의 각도관계는 상기 회전축의 회전으로 인한 상기 포토커플러로부터의 출력신호가 소정의 위상차를 갖도록 선정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔코더.
