Claims (8)

  1. 정보기록 매체에서 반사광을 인도하는 광학장치를 구비하는 광 검출장치에 있어서, 전술한 광학장치에서의 광을 제1축에 대해 비대칭인 형상으로 제한하는 광형상 제어장치(20) 및 전술한 광 형상 제한장치(20)에서의 광을 전술한 제1축과 수직인 제2축방향으로 집광하는 집광장치(24)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 광검출장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 광 형상 제한장치는 투광성의 제1부분(20a)(20b)(20e)(29f) 및 차광성의 제2의부분(20c)(20d)를 갖는 광형상 제한부재(20)인 것을 특징으로 하는 광검출장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 광형상 제한장치는 광반사성의 제1부분(120a)(120b) 및 광 비반사성의 제2부분(120c)(120d)를 갖는 광 형상 제한 미러(120)인 것을 특징으로 하는 광검출장치.
  4. 정보 기록 매체로 부터 반사광을 인도하는 광학장치를 구비하는 광 검출장치에 있어서, 수직축 및 수평축을 가지고, 또 투광성의 제1부분(20a)(20b)(20e)(20f) 및 차광성의 제2부분(20c)(20d)를 갖는 광형상 제한부재(20), 전술한 광 형상 제한장치(20)에서의 광을 광검출기(20)로 집광하는 집광렌즈(22) 및 전술한 집광렌즈(22)와 전술한 광 검출기(26)와의 사이에 설치된 원통렌즈(24)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 광검출장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 전술한 광 형상 제한부재(20)의 전술한 제부분(20a)(20b)(20e)(20f) 및 전술한 제2부분(20c)(20d)은 전술한 수직축 또는 수평축에 대해 각각 비대칭인 것을 특징으로 하는 광검출장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 전술한 광 형상 제한부재(20)의 전술한 수직축은 전술한 원통렌즈(24)의 중심축과 평행인 것을 특징으로 하는 광검출장치.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 전술한 광형상 제한부재(20)는 전술한 집광렌즈(22)와 일체로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 검출장치.
  8. 정보 기록 매체로 부터 반사광을 인도하는 광학장치를 구비하는 광 검출장치에 있어서, 수직축 및 수평축을 가지고 또 광 반사성의 제1부분(120a)(120b) 및 광비반사성의 제1부분(120c)(120d)를 갖는 미러(12), 전술한 미러(120)에서의 광을 광검출기(26)으로 집광하는 집광렌즈(22) 및 전술한 집광렌즈(22)와 전술한 광검출기(26)와의 사이에 설치된 원통렌즈(24)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 광검출장치.
