Claims (5)
- 광원, 상기 광원에서 발생된 광선을 격막의 제1위치로 전송시키기 위한 광섬유수단, 상기 광원에서 발생된 광선을 격막의 제1위치에서부터 반경방향으로 이격되어 있는 제2위치로 전송시키기 위한 광섬유 수단, 격막의 제1위치 및 제2위치에서 반사된 빛을 차단하여 간섭줄 무늬 형상을 형성시키는 각각의 광섬유수단, 및 상기 간섭줄무늬 형상을 카운트하여 압력트랜스듀우스 격막의 휨량을 결정하는 수단들로 이루어진 압력 트랜스듀우스 격막의 휨량 결정 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시스템이 광원을 광섬유 수단의 선단에 연결시키는 수단을 갖춘 특징이 있는 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시스템이 간섭줄무늬형상을 광섬유수단의 선단에 집속하기 위한 수단을 갖춘 특징이 있는 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 격막이 제1위치가 이의 중앙부에 위치하고 격막의 제2위치가 이의 중앙부와 이격되어 위치하는 특징이 있는 것.
