제1도는 소정 길이의 광 섬유 인입선이 종래 기술의 결합 장치내의 2개의 보유 지점에 고정되는 방법을 도시한 이론적인 도면.
제5도는 하우징 내부에 있고 3개의 보유 지점(전방, 중간 및 후방)에서 고정된 소정 길이의 광 섬유 인입선에 결합된 광-전자 소자의 반도체 물질 칩을 도시한 본 발명에 따른 결합장치의 하우징의 평면도.
제6도는 제5도의 선Ⅵ-Ⅵ을 따라 절취한 제5도의 하우징의 수직 단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 광 섬유(43)및 광-전자 소자이외에도, 이 광-전자 소자를 보유하고 있고 상기 광섬유가 벽(40c)를 관통하여 광 섬유의 한 단부가 반도체 물질칩(48)과 광 결합하게 되는 하우징(40), 및 상기 광 섬유 단부를 결합 위치에 보유하기 위해 반도체 물질칩(48)에 광학적으로 결합된 단부 부근의 광 섬유(43)상에 직접 배치된“후방”보유지점과, 하우징(40)의 외부로 부터 광 섬유(43)상에 미치는 힘을 견디기 위해 하우징(40)의 벽(40c)를 통과하는 광 섬유 상에 직접 배치된“전방”보유 지점에서 하우징(40)에 광 섬유(43)을 고정시키기 위한 수단을 포함하는, 광 섬유와, 반도체 물질 칩(48) 형태의 광-전자 소자 사이의 결합 장치에 있어서, 상기 고정 수단이 하우징(40)의 변형에 의해 전방 보유 지점에서 광 섬유(43)에 미치는 힘의 후방 보유 지점로의 전소을 감쇠시키기 위해 후방보유 지점과 전방 보유 지점사이의 광 섬유(43)상에 직접 배치된 최소한 1개의 중간 보유 지점을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중간 보유 지점의 전방 및 후방 보유지점들 사이의 거리의 0.5 내지 0.7배의 범위에 놓인 전방 보유 지점으로부터 소정거리를 두고 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 결합장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 중간 보유 지점 및 후방 보유 지점이 공동 슬래브(45)상에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 결합장치.
