제35도 및 제36도는 본 발명에 의한 포커스 오차 검출장치에 사용하는 복합렌즈의 일예를 도시하는 각각 평면도 및 단면도.
Claims (1)
- 유리단렌즈 및 플라스틱 단렌즈로부터 이루는 복합렌즈와, 이 복합렌즈의 후방에 대향하여 배치된 광검출기를 가지고, 상기 유리단렌즈는 동일한 촛점거리를 가지고, 상기 플라스틱 단렌즈는 상기 복합렌즈에 대한 입사광의 광축을 포함하는 계평면으로 2분된 한쌍의 렌즈영역으로부터 이루고, 이 한쌍의 렌즈영역은 서로 상이한 후측촛점거리를 가지면서, 이 한쌍의 렌즈영역의 각 광축은 이간하게 된다. 상기 복합렌즈에 대한 입사광이 포커스 상태에 있을 때의 상기 한쌍의 렌즈영역으로부터의 각 출사광의 각 집속점의 상기 입사광의 광축상에 있어서의 중간위치에 그 광검출면이 위치하도록 상기 광검출기를 배치함과 동시에, 이 광검출기는 상기 한쌍의 렌즈영역중의 제1의 렌즈영역의 상기 계평면에 대한 바깥측 및 안쪽을 각각 통과하는 각 출사광을 수광하는 제1 및 제2의 광검출 소자와, 상기 한쌍의 렌즈영역중의 제2의 렌즈영역의 상기 계평면에 대한 바깥측 및 안쪽을 각각 통과하는 각 출사광을 수광하는 제3 및 제4의 광검출 소자로부터 구성되고, 상기 제1 및 제4의 광검출 소자로부터의 제1 및 제4의 광검출 신호의 합계와, 상기 제2 및 제3의 광검출 소자로부터의 제2 및 제3의 광검출 신호의 합계와의 차로부터 포커스 오차신호를 얻도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 포커스 오차 검출장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
