Claims (2)
- SRM의 회전축과 맞물려 회전하도록 구성된 원판과;SRM의 구동시 연속적인 토크를 발생시키기 위해 SRM 구동용 인버터의 한 상이 담당해야 할 위치각의 폭과 동일한 주기를 가지며 상기 원판에 원형으로 형성되고, 한 주기내에서는 중앙으로 갈수록 색감이 밝아지며 양 사이드(side)로 갈수록 동일한 비율로 색감이 어두워지도록 구성된 패턴과;상기 패턴에 광을 조사하고 패턴에 반사되어 돌아오는 광을 수광하여 수광량에 비례하는 전압을 출력하는 제1포토커플러와;구동하고자 하는 SRM의 인덕턴스 프로파일에 따라, SRM이 역회전시에도 정회전시와 동일한 형태의 신호를 발생할 수 있도록 상기 제1포토커플러와 적당한 위상차만큼 이격되어 위치하며, 상기 패턴에 광을 조사하고 반사되어 돌아오는 광을 수광하여 수광량에 비례하는 전압을 출력하는 제2포토커플러;를 포함하여 구성되어,상기 제1포토커플러와 제2포토커플러에 전원이 인가된 상태에서 상기 원형의 패턴이 회전하면 제1포토커플러와 제2포토커플러는 위상차를 갖는 2개의 삼각파를 출력하는 에스알엠 구동용 엔코더장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,입력되는 디지털값에 비례하는 아날로그전압을 출력하는 D/A 컨버터와;상기 각 포토커플러의 삼각파 출력신호와 상기 D/A 컨버터의 출력을 비교하는 비교기를 더 포함하여 구성되어,상기 D/A 컨버터와 비교기가 포토커플러의 삼각파 출력신호를 SRM 구동용 인버터의 게이트신호의 생성에 적합한 구형파로 변환해주는 작용을 하는 에스알엠 구동용 엔코더장치.
