Abstract

발명은 레이저 프린터의 레이저 주사장치에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 주사시작신호는 주사속도를 예상하여 다음면의 예측시간보다 조금 앞에서 시켜주어야 하므로 레이저다이오드를 제어하기 위한 복잡한 회로를 필요로 하고, 이 회로를 통과하면서 노이즈등에 의해 화상흔들림이 발생되는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 발명은 폴리곤미러의 상측에 광학패턴 및 위치감지용 패턴을 설치하고, 그 패턴상측에 발광소자 및 수광소자를 설치하여 폴리곤미러의 회전속도에 관계없이 광학패턴의 회전속도도 같은 속도로 변화되어 항상 주사시작영역통과시 레이저를 켤 수 있도록 하였다.

제5도는 본 발명 레이저 프린터의 레이저 다이오드 제어회로도,
제6도는 제5도에 있어서 각부의 신호 파형도.

Claims (2)

  1. 레이저 다이오드(1)로 부터 입사된 레이저광을 집광하여 평행빔으로 바꾸어주는 실린더리컬렌즈(3)와, 중심축을 중심으로 일정거리에 광학패턴 및 위치감지용 패턴과 그 패턴 상측에 발광소자 및 수광소자를 구비하고 시간에 따라 회전하여 입사된 레이저광에 대해 주사방향을 바꾸어주는 폴리곤미러(4)와, 상기 폴리곤미러(4)를 거쳐반사된 광을 평탄한 면에 집광하도록 f-θ렌즈(6)와, 상기 폴리콘미러(4)의 각 면에 따른 주사광의 위치를 판별하기 위해 주사면 앞단에 설치된 반사미러(7)를 포함하여 구성된 레이저 프린터의 레이저 주사장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리곤미러(4)는 중심축(13)으로부터 일정한 거리에 위치감지용 패턴(10) 및 광학패턴(9)을 상측에 설치하고, 상기 위치감지용 패턴(10)은 폴리곤미러(4) 각 면의 시작점으로 시작주사신호 발생영역 이외의 부분과 구별되도록 설치하며, 상기 광학패턴(10) 상측에는 일정한 위치에 대해 광학적인 신호를 전기적 신호로 바꾸어주는 발광소자(11) 및 수광소자(12)를 설치하여 구성된 레이저 프린터의 레이저 주사장치.
