Abstract

본 발명은 조각 피복층 및 기층으로서의 이축 연신 프로필렌 수지 필름층과 이축 연신 수지 필름층의 앞면과 뒷면 각각에 적층되어 있으며 미세 무기 분말을 함유하는 일축 연신 프로필렌 수지 필름층을 포함하는 연신 라미네이트인 지지체층〔여기서, 지지체 층의 (1) 불투명도(JIS P-8138)는 50 내지 100%이고, (2) 밀도(JIS P-8188)는 0.70 내지 1.4g/㎤이다〕을 포함하는 위조 방지용 뇌문 세공지에 관한 것으로서, 세공지는 조각 피복층 또는 지지체 층의 일축 연신 필름 중의 하나로 확장되는 조각을 함유한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 위조 방지용 뇌문 세공지의 한 양태의 확대 단면도이다.

Claims (15)

  1. 기층으로서의 이축 연신 프로필렌 수지 필름층과 이축 연신 프로필렌 수지 필름층의 앞면과 뒷면 각각에 적층되어 있으며 미세 무기 분말 또는 유기 안료를 함유하는 일축 연신 프로필렌 수지 필름층을 포함하는 연신 라미네이트로서, (1) 불투명도(JIS P-8138)가 50 내지 100%이고 (2) 밀도(JIS P-8188)가 0.70 내지 1.4g/㎤인 지지체 층(A)과 조각 피복층(B)을 포함하고, 조각 피복층으로 확장되거나 지지체 층의 일축 연신 필름 중의 하나로 확장되는 조각을 갖는 종이.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 조각이 지지체 층의 일축 연신 필름층의 연신방향에 대하여 수직 방향으로 형성되어 있는 종이.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 지지체 층의 일축 연신 플름층의 두께가 각각 독립적으로 5 내지 30㎛이고 이축 연신 필름층의 두께가 40 내지 150㎛인 종이.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 조각 피복층이, 고체를 기준으로 하여, 20 내지 50중량%의 양으로 결합제 수지를 포함하고, 고체를 기준으로 하여, 80 내지 50중량%의 양으로 미세 무기 분말을 포함하는 종이.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 조각 피복층의 불투명도가 40% 이상인 종이.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 조각 피복층의 두께가 5 내지 30㎛인 종이.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 지지체 층과 조각 피복층 사이에 하도층을 추가로 포함하는 종이.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 하도층의 두께가 0.5 내지 10㎛인 종이.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 조각이 지지체 층의 일축 연신 플림 중의 하나로 확장되는 종이.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 조각된 지지체 층이 두께가 3 내지 28㎛인 조각되지 않은 층을 갖는 종이.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 이축 연신 프로필렌 수지 필름층, 일축 연신 프로필렌 수지 필름층 또는 둘 모두가 프로필렌 단독중합체, 주 단량체로서의 프로필렌과 에틸렌부텐-1, 헥센-1, 헵텐-1, 옥텐-1 및 4-메틸펜텐-1과 같은 하나 이상의 α-올레핀과의 공중합체 및 말레산 무수물, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 스티렌, 메틸 아크릴레이트, 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 및 2-하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트와 같은 하나 이상의 비닐 단량체 0.1 내지 10중량%를 프로필렌 중합체 또는 공중합체에 그래프트시켜 제조한 개질된 프로필렌 수지로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 프로필렌 수지를 포함하는 종이.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 지지체 층이, 지지체 층의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 미세 무기 분말을 10 내지 55중량% 포함하는 종이.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 지지체 층의 밀도가 0.90 내지 1.2g/㎤인 종이.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 프로필렌 수지의 융점이 130 내지 180℃이고, 결정화도가 20 내지 75%인 종이.
  15. 제1항에 따르는 종이에 조각을 형성시킴을 포함하는 조각 방법.
