Abstract
방향족 폴리에스테르 중합체층(A)로 이루어지는(A)의 적어도 1층과, 평균 입경 0.01∼2㎛의 실리카 또는 가교 실리콘 수지입자 A를 함유하고, MFR값이 0.5∼50g/10분의 올레핀계 중합체(B)로 이루어지는 중합체층(B)의 적어도 1층이 교호로 또한 이들의 층간 접착력이 0.1∼20g/㎝의 범위이고 또한 중합체층(A)가 최외층을 형성하여 적층되어 있으며, 중합체층(A)와 중합체층(B)를 박리하였을 때 이 중합체층(A)의 표면의 방전 흔적이 5개/㎡ 이하인 다층이 폴리올레핀인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 필름으로, 이 다층 필름으로부터 제품 필름을 박리할 때에 생기는 대전을 경감시키고 휩쓸려 들어가는 이물이나 방전 흔적이 적은 제품 필름을 수득할 수 있다.

Claims (14)
- (A) 방향족 폴리에스테르로 이루어지는 제1의 중합체층의 적어도 한층과, (B) (a) 용융유동지수가 0.5∼50g/분이고, (b) 박리 방전 방지제로서의 평균입경 0.01∼2㎛의 실리카 및 가교 실리콘수지 입자로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 규소 함유 미립자를 0.01∼5wt% 함유하는 올레핀계 중합체로 이루어지는 제2의 중합체층의 적어도 한 층이 (C) 교호로 또한 이들의 층간 접착력이 0.1∼20g/㎝의 범위이고, 또한 (D) 제1의 중합체층 A가 최외층을 형성해서 적층되어 있으며, (E) 제1의 중합체층 A와 제2의 중합체층 B를 박리하였을 때 제1의 중합체층 A의 표면의 방전 흔적이 5개/㎡ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 이축방향으로 연신처리된 다층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 올리핀계 중합체의 용융 유동지수가 10∼45g/분인 다층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 올레핀계 중합체의 융점이 150℃보다 높고, 240℃ 이하인 다층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 올레핀계 중합체가 탄소수 2∼10의 α―올레핀의 호모 중합체 또는 공중합체인 다층 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 올레핀계 중합체가 에틸렌―프로필렌 공중합체인 다층 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 올레핀계 중합체가 폴리매틸펜텐인 다층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 올레핀계 중합체 중의 규소 함유 미립자가 실리카인 다층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1의 중합체층 A와 제2의 중합체층 B의 층간 접착력이 0.1∼10g/㎝인 다층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1의 중합체층 A의 표면의 방전 흔적이 3개/㎡ 이하인 다층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리에스테르가 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리에틸렌―2,6―나프탈레이트인 다층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리에스테르가 공중합 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 또는 공중합 폴리에틸렌―2,6―나프탈레이트인 다층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1의 중합체층 A의 표면에 있어서의 제2의 중합체층 B에 의한 장경 90㎛ 이상의 전사 결점이 0∼50개/300㎠인 다층 필름.
- 제1항의 다층 필름으로부터 박리하여 수득된 제1의 중합체층으로 이루어진 필름.
- 제1항의 다층 필름으로부터 박리하여 수득된 제2의 중합체층으로 이루어진 필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
