Abstract
이 발명은 운전자의 무의식적인 졸음 운전을 감지하고, 그 졸음 정도에 따라 운전자의 주위를 환기시켜, 사고로부터 운전자를 보호한다. 또, 동방향으로 주행하는 타 차량의 운전자가 방어 운전을 할 수 있도록 한다. 이를 위하여, 운전자의 뇌파 상태를 측정하는 단계와; 운전자의 뇌파우 설정된 정상, 도우즈 및 슬립 상태의 뇌파를 비교하고, 운전자의 졸음의 정도를 판단하는 단계와; 상기 운전자의 졸음 정도가 도우즈 상태일 경우 경고수단을 작동시키는 단계와; 상기 운전자의 졸음 정도가 슬립 상태일 경우 경고수단과 함께 안전수단을 작동시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (7)
- 운전자의 뇌파를 측정하는 뇌파감지기와; 상기 운전자의 뇌파와 졸음시 뇌파를 비교하여 현재 운전자의 상태를 판단하는 제어부와; 상기 제어부를 통해 입력되는 신호에 따라 운전자의 주위를 환기시키기 위해 동작되는 경고수단과; 상기 제어부를 통해 입력되는 신호에 따라 제동력을 발생시키는 안전수단을 구비하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 졸음 운전시의 경고 및 안전장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경고수단은 하자드 램프와, 상기 하자드 램프를 점등시키는 플레쉬 유니트를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 졸음 운전시의 경고 및 안전장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경고수단은 부저와, 상기 부저를 온/오프시키는 부저 구동유니트를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 졸음 운전시의 경고 및 안전장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경고수단은 제어부에 접속되는 릴레이 코일과, 상기 릴레이 코일에 전류가 흐르게 될 경우 온 상태로 되는 릴레이 스위치를 포함하는 혼 릴레이와; 상기 릴레이 스위치의 온에 따라 배터리 전원을 인가받아 동작되는 혼을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 졸음 운전시의 경고 및 안전장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 안전수단을 제어부의 신호에 따라 작동되는 액튜에이터와, 상기 액튜에이터에 의해 동작되는 브레이크 페달을 구비하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 졸음 운전시의 경고 및 안전장치.
- 운전자의 뇌파 상태를 측정하는 단계와; 운전자의 뇌파와 설정된 정상, 도우즈(doze) 및 슬립(sleep)상태의 뇌파를 비교하고, 운전자의 졸음 정도를 판단하는 단계와; 상기 운전자의 졸음 정도가 도우즈 상태일 경우, 하자드 램프와 부저를 동작시켜 운전자의 주위를 환기시키는 단계와; 상기 운전자의 졸음 정도가 슬립상태일 경우, 하자드 램프, 부저, 혼 및 브레이크를 동작시켜, 운전자에게 경고함과 동시에 차량을 정지시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 졸음 운전시의 경고 및 안전장치 제어방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 운전자의 졸음 정도를 판단하는 단계에 앞서, 제어부에서는 속도센서의 신호를 받아 차량이 주행중인 것을 확인하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 졸음 운전시의 경고 및 안전장치 제어방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
