Claims (21)
- 쓰레기 처리 장치에 있어서, 쓰레기를 처리하기 위한 처리실과, 상기 처리실로부터 배출되고 악취 성분을 함유하고 있는 가스를 정화하기 위한 정화실 구비하고, 상기 처리실에서의 쓰레기의 처리는 미생물을 용하는 분해에 의해 수행되고, 상기 정화실은, 상기 철리실에 연결되고 암모니아를 정화시키기 위한 암모니아 정화유닛이 제공된 제1정화실, 및 상기 제1정화실을 통과한 가스가 도입되고 비암모니아 가스를 정화하기 위한 비암모니아 정화 유닛을 포함하는 제2정화실을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1정화실이 암모니아를 물 또는 수용액과 접촉시키는 기구를 갖는 유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1정화실이 물 및 수용액 중의 하나를 저장하기 위한 저수조를 갖고 있고, 상기 처리실로부터 배출된 가스가 상기 저수조로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 암모니아 접촉하게 되는 상기 수용액이 양이온 교환 수지를 함유하는 수용액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 암모니아와 접촉하게 되는 상기 수용액이 산성 수용액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1정화실과 제2정화실을 서로 연결하는 가스 유동 통로에 제공된 제습 유닛을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1정화실에 제공된 흡착제층, 및 상기 흡착제층을 통과한 가스의 통로에 제공된 암모니아용 촉매층을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 처리실로부터 상기 흡착제층으로 배출되는 가스를 도입하기 위한 도입통로, 상기도입 통로에 제공된 인입구, 및 상기 인입구로부터의 외기와 상기 도입 통로로부텅 도입된 가스 중의 하나를 임의로 도입/차단하기 위한 제1개방/폐쇄 수단을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리 장치.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 암노니아용 촉매층을 갖고 있는 상기 가스 유동 통로와 상기 제2정화실에 연결된 보조 가스 유동 통로가 분기되어 있고; 상기 흡착제층을 통과한 가스를 상기 가스 유동 통로 및 상기 보조 가스 유동 통로로 임의로 도입/차단하기 위한 개방/폐쇄 수단을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리 장치.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 각각 제1정화실 및 제2정화실로 구성되어 있는 복수의 정화 유닛들이 처리실에 대해 평행하게 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 정화실이 격벽판에 의해 정화통로와 재생 통로로 분할되고, 상기 정화 통로와 상기 재생 통로를 횡단하도록 형성된 흡착제층이 상기 격벽판에 제공된 중심축을 중심으로 회전되고, 상기 정화 통로에는 상기 흡착제층 및 비암모니아 정화 유닛을 갖고 있는 상기 제2정화실이 마련되고, 상기 재생통로는 인입구, 상기 흡착제층 및 상기 암노니아용 촉매층을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1정화실을 가열하기 위한 가열 유닛을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 흡착제층을 형성하는 흡착제가 활성 알루미나, 천연 제올라이트, 합성 제올라이트, 실리카 겔, 활성 백토, 부착 활성탄 및 이온 교환 수지로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 암모니아용 촉매층이 담체가 귀금속 또는 금속 산화물을 담지하는 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 흡착제층이 암모니아용 촉매층을 형성하기 위해 귀금속 또는 금속 산화물을 담지하고, 상기 흡착제층은 또한 암모니아용 촉매층으로서도 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 귀금속이 백금, 금, 은, 동, 팔라듐, 루테늄 및 로듐으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물이 산화 니켈, 산화 망간, 산화 코발토, 산화 철 및 오산화 바나듐으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비암모니아 정화 유닛이 비암모니아용 흡착제층을 갖고 있는 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 비암모니아용 흡착제층을 형성하기 위한 흡착제가 활성탄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 비암모니아용 정화 유닛이 산화 성능을 갖는 촉매로 이루어진 비암모니아용 촉매층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리 장치.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는, 담체가 백금, 금, 은, 동, 팔라듐, 루테늄 및 로듐으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 귀금속 및 산화 니켈, 산화 망간, 산화 코발트, 산화 철 및 오산화 바나듐으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 금속 산화물 중의 적어도 하나를 담지하는 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰레기 처리 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
