Abstract

Fremgangsmåte for renset flytende medium inkluderende å adsorbere urenhetene inneholdt i det flytende mediet ved å anvende sorbent, separeringen og ^emingen av de adsorberte urenhetene og regenerere sorbenten, hvor urenhetene oksideres ved å blande det flytende mediet med et oksideringsmiddel ved å anvende partikulær katalysatorimpregnert sorbent, oksidene til urenhetene blir adsorbert, og separeres ved å fjemes ved å vaske den partikulære katalysatorimpregnerte sorbenten med et polart løsningsmiddel, og sorbenten regenereres ved direkte oppvarming eller ved å blåse gjennom varm gass.
