Abstract

본 발명에서는 액티브 매트릭스 액정표시 장치의 보조용량소자에 사용되는 절연막을 비유전율이 큰 PbOx, Bi2O3, BaO, SrO, TiO2, Nb2O5, ZnO, Zr2O3, MgO등 비정질 물질로 된 것이나 또는 상기 물질의 조합으로 된 것을 사용 하는데 이에 따른 효과로서는 상기 절연막이 비유전율이 크며 막질이 좋고 리크전류가 작기 때문에 종래보다 용량소자 면적이 작더라도 충분한 보조용량이 확보되고 따라서 면적이 작아지는 만큼 개구율이 높아지기 때문에 고정세화가 가능하고 절연막 두께를 종래보다 얇게 할 수 있어서 막의 단차를 줄일 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 액티브 매트릭스 액정표시 장치에 있어서, 보조용량소자를 대향하는 전극 사이에 절연막을 끼워서 구성하고; 상기 절연막을 PbOx, Bi2O3, BaO, SrO, TiO2, Nb2O5, ZnO, Zr2O3, MgO 물질중 2개 이상의 조합으로 형성하는 제조방법.
  2. 제1항의 절연막을 PbOx, Bi2O3, BaO, SrO, TiO2, Nb2O5, ZnO, Zr2O3, MgO 물질중 한 물질만 선택하여 형성하는 제조방법.
