Abstract
하기 화학식 (I)로 표시되는 중합성 화합물.
상기 식 중, X는 수소 원자 또는 메틸기이고; Y 및 Z는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자 또는 불소 원자이고; 1은 0 내지 14의 정수이고; m 및 n은 각각 독립적으로 0또는 1이고; R은 하기 화학식 (Ⅱ), (Ⅲ) 또는 (Ⅳ)로 표시되며; m이 1인 경우 1은 1 이상이다.

Claims (8)
- 하기 화학식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 중합성 화합물.상기 식 중, X는 수소 원자 또는 메틸기이고; Y 및 Z는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자 또는 불소 원자이고; 1은 0 내지 14의 정수이고; m 및 n은 각각 독립적으로 0 또는 1이고; R은 하기 화학식 (Ⅱ), (Ⅲ) 또는 (Ⅳ)로 표시되며; m이 1인 경우 1은 1 이상이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, Y 및 Z가 불소 원자인 화학식 (Ⅰ)의 중합성 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Y 및 Z 중 하나가 불소 원자인 화학식 (Ⅰ)의 중합성 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Y 및 Z가 수소 원자인 화학식 (Ⅰ)의 중합성 화합물.
- 한쌍의 기판 사이에 중합체와 이 중합체로 둘러싸인 액정 영역을 갖는 액정층이 삽입되어 있고, 상기 중합체는 적어도 제1항에 기재된 중합성 화합물을 함유하는 중합 전구체로부터 형성되는 액정 표시 소자.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 액정 영역 내의 액정 분자가 축 대칭상, 방사상 또는 동심원상, 나선상으로 또는 랜덤하게 배향되는 것인 액정 표시 소자.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 기판 위에 액정 분자의 배향 상태를 규제하는 절연막을 포함하는 것인 액정 표시 소자.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 기판 위에 상기 액정 영역에 대응하여 일축성의 균일한 액정 분자의 배향 상태를 실현하게 하는 절연 배향막을 더 포함하고, 상기 액정 영역의 배향 상태 및 소자의 전체 구조는 TN, STN, ECB 및 SSFLC 모드에 적합하게 배치되는 것인 액정 표시 소자.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
