Abstract

경사 운전칸을 구비한 차량을 위한 전기수력 경사장치는, 펌프, 상기 펌프를 구동시키며 전기에너지 소스에 전기 연결선에 의해 연결되는 전기 펌프 구동 모타, 및 상기 펌프에 연결되며, 한 단부가 샷시에 연결되고 다른 한 단부가 운전칸에 연결된 수력 피스톤/실린더 유니트를 포함한다. 상기 피스톤/실린더 유니트는 전방으로 운전칸을 경사지게 할 수 있는 힘을 가하도록 설계된다. 예정된 시간동안 작동 펌프모타에 의해 발생된 전원이 운전칸의 경사중에 요구되는 최대 전원 보다 큰 제1한계치를 초과할 때 상기 펌프 모타의 전원선을 자동으로 차단하고 그 차단을 연속적으로 유지시키도록 설계된 과전류 보호장치가 제공된다. 상기 과전류 보호 장치에는 전원선의 차단을 종료시키기 위한 리셋 수단이 제공되며, 상기 리렛 수단은 조작자에 의해 작동된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 수력유체를 펌핑하기 위한 펌프(20), 전기에너지 소스(23)에 전원선(22)에 의해 연결되며 상기 펌프(20)를 구동시키기 위한 전기 펌프 구동 모타(21), 및 상기 펌프(20)에 연결되며 상기 운전칸(2)을 경사지게 할 수 있는 힘을 가하도록 설계된 수력 피스톤/실린더 유니트(10)를 포함하는, 경사 운전칸(2)을 구비한 차량(1)을 위한 전기수력 경사장치에 있어서, 예정된 시간동안 펌프 구동 모타(21)에 의해 발생된 전원이 운전칸(2)의 정상적인 경사중에 요구되는 최대전원보다 큰 제1한계치를 초과할 때, 상기 펌프 구동 모타(21)의 전원선(22)을 자동으로 차단하고 그 차단을 연속적으로 유지시키는 과전류 보호 장치(27)가 제공되며, 상기 전원선(22)의 차단을 종료시키기 위한 수동식 리셋수단(28)이 상기 과전류 보호장치(27)에 제공되는 전기수력 경사장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전원선(22)을 통해 흐르는 전원이 상기 제1한계치보다 큰 제2한계치를 초과할 때 상기 전원선(22)을 차단하고 그 차단을 연속적으로 유지시키는 단락회로 보호장치(25)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기수력 경사장치.
