Abstract
본 발명은 고체촬상 소자의 칼라필터 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 포토 리소그래피 공정시 네가티브 포토 레지스트를 사용함에 따라 소자의 금속층에 의한 난반사로 인해 발생하는 잔막을 제거하여 명확한 칼라필터를 형성하는데 적당한 고체촬상 소자의 칼라필터 제조방법을 제공하기 위함이다.
이를 위한 본 발명의 고체촬상 소자의 칼라필터 제조방법은 포토 다이오드 영역, 전하전송 영역, 및 차광층을 구비한 CCD 웨이퍼 상부에 평탄화층을 형성하는 제1단계와, 상기 해당 포토 다이오드 영역상의 평탄층위에 서로 접촉되도록 각각 제1, 제2, 제3 염색층을 형성하는 제2단계와, 상기 서로 접촉된 부위의 제1, 제2, 제3염색층을 제거하여 서로 격리되도록 형성하는 제3단계를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (2)
- 포토 다이오드 영역, 전하전송 영역, 및 차광층을 구비한 CCD 웨이퍼 상부에 평탄화층을 형성하는 제 1 단계와, 상기 해당 포토 다이오드 영역상의 평탄층위에 서로 접촉되도록 각각 제 1, 제 2, 제3 염색층을 형성하는 제 2 단계와, 상기 서로 접촉된 부위의 제 1, 제 2, 제 3 염색층을 제거하여 서로 격리되도록 형성하는 제 3 단계를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 고체촬상 소자의 칼라필터 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제 1, 제 2, 제 3 염색층의 격리는 식각 마스크용 포토 레지스트를 사용하여 형성함을 특징으로 하는 고체촬상 소자의 칼라필터 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
