Abstract

카세트에 전면부에 형성되어 있는 홈에 결합되어 지지되는 가이드 프레임(31)과 높이조절용 프레임(32)과, 상기한 가이드 프레임과 높이조절용 프레임을 타고 슬라이딩되면서 적재된 글래스를 카세트 안쪽으로 이송하는 슬라이드 테이블(33)과, 상기한 가이드 프레임의 후면에 설치되어 있는 손잡이(34)를 포함하여 이루어지며, 글래스가 파손되지 않으면서 안전하게 카세트에 적재될수 있도록 하고, 글래스에서 파티클이 발생되지 않도록 함과 동시에, 글래스에서 정전기가 발생되는 것을 억제시킬 수 있는 효과를 가진 액정표시장치 글래스 적재용 카세트 및 지그를 제공한다.

제9도는 이 발명의 실시예에 따른 액정표시장치 글래스 적재용 지그가 사용되는 상태를 나타낸 측면도이고,
제10도는 이 발명의 실시예에 따른 액정표시장치 글래스 적재용 지그가 사용되는 상태를 나타낸 평면도이고,
제11도는 이 발명의 실시예에 따른 액정표시장치 글래스 적재용 지그에서 슬라이즈 테이블의 동작 메커니즘을 설명하기 위한 단면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 글래스를 적재시키기 위한 슬롯이 형성되어 있는 사이드 플레이트와, 밑판 및 위판과, 적재되어 있는 글래스가 뒤로 흘러나오지 않도록 하기 위한 스톱퍼와, 작업자가 카세트를 쉽게 운반할 수 있도록 하기 위한 손잡이로 이루어지는 카세트에 있어서, 지그의 가이드 프레임이 지지될 수 있도록 하기 위하여 앞쪽의 사이드 플레이트에 형성되어 있는 홈을 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 액정표시장치 글래스 적재용 카세트.
  2. 카세트에 전면부에 형성되어 있는 홈에 결합되어 지지죄는 가이드 프레임(guide frame)과 높이조절용 프레임과, 상기한 가이드 프레임과 높이조절용 프레임을 타고 슬라이딩되면서 적재된 글래스를 카세트 안쪽으로 이송하는 슬라이드 테이블(slide table)과, 상기한 가이드 프레임의 후면에 설치되어 있는 손잡이를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 글래스 적재용 지그.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 슬라이드 테이블의 위에 놓여진 글래스의 높이는 카세트의 슬롯보다 약간 높게 위치함으로써 글래스와 슬롯이 서로 마찰되지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 글래스 적재용 지그.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 글래스가 카세트의 안쪽으로 이송된 뒤에, 버튼을 누름으로써 링크가 움직이도록 하여 상기한 슬라이드 테이블이 아래로 내려 오도록 하는 구조로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치 글래스 적재용 지그.
