Abstract

1.청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
본 발명은 복사기, 레이저 프린터, 팩시밀리등 보통용지를 사용하여 복사 또는 프린팅하는 전자사진 방식을 이용한 기기의 급지요량을 눌리기 위해 옵션(Option)으로 제공되는 보조 급지장치(Second Cassette Feeder)에 관한 것이다.
2.발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
본 발명은 잼제거를 용이하게 할 수 있으며, 또한 잼제거에 필요한 별도의 메카니즘이 필요치 않도록 하여 높이를 줄일 수 있돌고 한 SCF장치를 제공하는데 있다.
3.발명의 해결방법의 요지
본 발명은 통상의 전자사진 방식을 이용한 기기의 SCF장치에 있어서, SCF와 본체의 레지롤러 사이에 중계롤러를 설치하되 중계롤러의 구동롤러를 SCF본체에 설치하고 피동롤러는 SCF용 카세트에 설치하여 카세트를 밀어 넣으면 각각의 롤러가 접촉되도록 하여 용지를 이송시키고, 또한 용지잼 발생시에는 카세터를 빼내어 각각의 롤러가 분리되도록 하여 잼제거를 용이하게 할 수있도록 구성한다.
4.발명의 중요한 용도
본 발명은 SCF장치의 피동롤러와 용지 기이드를 SCF용 카세트에 일체화하여 잼제거에 필요한 별도의 롤러분리 메카니즘을 없앰으로서 SCF장치의 전체 높이를 줄일수 있어 사용자가 SCF사용시 콤팩트한 크기로서 많은 용량의 용지를 담지할 수 있고, 중계롤러가 카세트의 삽탈에 따라 분리되므로서 잼제거를 용이하게 할수 있는 잇점이 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 전자사진 방식을 이용한 기기의 급지 용량을 늘이기 위해 장착하는 급지장치(SCF)에 있어서, 보조적으로 용지(11)를 공급하기 위하여, 본체의 일측에 형성된 SCF프레임(10)은 상기 용지(11)의 이송을 위한 픽업롤러(12)와, 상기 픽업롤러(12)에 의해 공급되는 용지(11)를 레지롤러(39)까지 이송시키기 위한 중계롤러(13)의 구동롤러(13a)를 설치하고, 상기 용지(11)를 탑재하여 SCF프레임(10)에 삽탈되도록 설치되는 카세트(14)에는 상기 중계롤러(13)의 피동롤러(13b)를 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 방식을 이용한 기기의 보조 급지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중계롤러(13)는 상기 용지(11)의 이송을 위해 상기 SCF프레임(10)의 구동롤러(13a)와 상기 카세트(14)의 피동롤러(13b)와 접촉하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 방식을 이용한 기기의 보조 급지장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중계롤러(15)는 상기 카세트(14)가 상기 SCF프레임(10)에 완전 장착되었을때 접촉구동이 이뤄지게 됨을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 방식을 이용한 기기의 보조 급지장치.
