Abstract

본 발명은 드럼브레이크에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 림을 굽힘 강성이 크게 개선함으로써, 라이닝이 드럼의 내주면과 균일하게 마찰하여 편마모되는 것을 방지하고 이에 따른 소음을 줄이는 것이다. 본 발명에서는 라이닝(54)이 부착되는 림(52b)에 굽힘 강성을 크게 하기 위해 별도의 요철부(60)를 형성함으로써, 림(52b)의 외주면에 부착되는 라이닝(54)이 드럼(51)의 내주면에 균일하게 마찰하여 편마모되는 것을 방지하고, 따라서 신뢰성과 제동력이 향상되는 이점이 있다.

제2도의 (가)는 종래의 드럼과 브레이크를 보인 단면도이고, (나)는 종래의 드럼 브레이크의 작동상태를 도시한 것이다.
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 브레이크슈를 보인 단면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 휠과 함께 회전하는 드럼(51), 상기 드럼(51)의 내주면과 마찰하여 제동작용을 하는 라이닝(54), 상기 라이닝(54)이 부착되는 림(52b)이 마련된 브레이크슈(52)를 갖춘 드럼브레이크에 있어서, 상기 림(52b)에는 상기 라이닝(54)이 상기 드럼(51)에 균일하게 마찰하도록 변형을 방지하는 수단이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼 브레이크
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수단은 상기 림(52b)에 다수개 마련되어 단면적의 변경으로 굽힘 강성을 크게 하는 요철부(30)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드럼브레이크
