Abstract

프로펠러 샤프트는 FRP 튜브와, 그 FRP 튜브의 적어도 한 끝에 연결된 조인트를 구비한다. FRP튜브는 조인트의 통형상부를 압입시킨 단통부와, 그 단통부의 내주면 말단에 큰 직경끝을 연이어 설치한 테이퍼 내주면을 가지며, 또한 헤리칼 감기에 의하여 성형된 중간통부를 가진다. 중간통부는 차량충돌시에 있어서의 피파괴영역이고, 통형상부는 충격하중하에서의 미끄럼 움직임으로 중간통부의 테이터 내주면에 충돌하는 파괴공구이다. 이에 의하여, 차량충돌시의 충격하중을 흡수할 수 있는 FRP 튜브를 구비한 프로펠러 샤프트를 제공한다.

Claims (1)

  1. FRP 튜브(2)와, 그 FRP 튜브(2)의 적어도 한 끝에 연결된 조인트(3, 4)를 구비하고, 상기 FRP 튜브(2)는 상기 조인트(3, 4)의 통형상부(12)를 압입시킨 단통부(9)와, 그 단통부(9)의 내주면(9a) 말단에 큰 직경끝(e1)을 연이어 설치한 테이퍼 내주면(7a)을 가지며, 또한 헤리칼 감기에 의하여 성형된 중간통부(7)를 가진 차량용 프로펠러 샤프트로서, 상기 중간통부(7)를 차량충돌시에 있어서의 피파과영역으로 하고, 상기 통형상부(12)를 충격하중하에서의 미끄럼 움직임으로 상기 중간통부(7)의 테이퍼 내주면(7a)에 충돌하는 파괴공구로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 프로펠러 샤프트.
