Abstract

본 발명은 적은 부품으로 캠 체인실과 벨트식 무단변속기실사이를 수밀하게 폐색하고, 또한 정비시의 캠 체인의 탈착을 용이하게 하는 4싸이클 내연기관의 크랭크 케이스 구조를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 캠 체인실(52)과 벨트식 무단 변속기실(70)을 분리하는 크랭크 케이스의 칸막이벽(71)을 크랭크축(40)이 관통하고, 이 관통구멍(71a)을 시일부재(72)가 폐색하는 4싸이클 내연기관(30)에 있어서, 크랭크축에 설치된 캠 체인 구동 스프로켓(55)에 캠 체인(50)이 권회된 상태에서의 최대 외직경보다도 큰 외직경의 원환상 시일부재(72)가 상기 관통구멍(71a)을 폐색한 것을 특징으로 하는 4싸이클 내연기관의 크랭크 케이스 구조에 관한 것이다.

제5도는 별도 실시형태에 관한 크랭크 케이스구조를 도시하는 요부단면도이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 캠 체인실과 벨트식 무단변속기실을 분리하는 크랭크 케이스의 칸막이벽을 크랭크축이 관통하고, 이 관통구멍을 시일부재가 폐색하는 4싸이클 내연기관에 있어서, 크랭크축에 부착된 캠 체인 구동스프로켓에 캠 체인이 권회된 상태에서의 최대 외직경보다도 큰 외직경의 원환상 시일부재가 상기 관통구멍을 폐색한 것을 특징으로 하는 4싸이클 내연기관의 크랭크 케이스 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원환상 시일부재가 상기 관통구멍을 폐색하여 부착되면, 이 원환상 시일부재는 그 외주 가장자리가 벨트식 무단변속기의 가동측 풀리반체에 설치되는 캠 플레이트 슬라이드 보스부에 근접하는 위치에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 4싸이클 내연기관의 크랭크 케이스 구조.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 원환상 시일부재의 벨트식 무단변속기실측의 측면 외주 가장자리에 단차를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 4싸이클 내연기관의 크랭크 케이스 구조.
