수소의 존재하에 윤활 기제 오일을, 알루니마 몰%를 감소시키도록 개질된 천연 및/또는 합성 페리에라이트 및 본질적으로 알루미나를 함유하지 않는 낮은 산도의 내화성 산화물 바인더 물질로 이루어진 촉매와 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 윤활 기제 오일을 촉매적으로 탈현탁하기 위한 방법.

Claims (7)

  1. 수소의 존재하에 윤활 기제 오일을, 알루니마 몰%를 감소시키도록 개질된 천연 및/또는 합성 페리에라이트 및 본질적으로 알루미나를 함유하지 않는 낮은 산도의 내화성 산화물 바인더 물질로 이루어진 촉매와 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 윤활 기제 오일을 촉매적으로 탈현탁하기 위한 방법.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 페리에라이트가 본질적으로 알루미나를 함류하지 않는 내화성 무기 산화물, 바람직하게는 실리카로 페리에라이트 결정을 코팅함으로써 개질되는 방법.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서, 페리에라이트가 탈알루미늄화 처리를 받음으로써 개질되는 방법.
  4. 청구항 3에 있어서, 탈알루미늄화 후 페리에라이트의 SiO2/A12O3몰비 : 탈알루미늄화 전 페리에라이트의 SiO2/A12O3몰비의 상호 비가 1.1 내지 3.0범위인 방법.
  5. 청구항 1 내지 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매가 추가로 수소첨가 요소를 포함하는 방법.
  6. 청구항 5에 있어서, 수소첨가 요소가 백금 및/또는 팔라듐을 포함하는 방법.
  7. 청구항 1 내지 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방법이 200 내지 350℃, 바람직하게는 210 내지 290℃범위의 온도 및 2 내지 150바아, 바람직하게는 5 내지 100바아, 더 바람직하게는 5 내지 50바아 범위의 수소 분압에서 수행되는 방법.
