Claims (6)

  1. 루테늄 및 플라티늄으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나이상의 금속을 함유하는 부분 플루오르화 산화크롬을 포함하는 플루오르화 촉매 존재하에 할로겐화 탄화수소를 플루오르화 수소와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 할로겐화 탄화수소의 플루오르화법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 할로겐화 탄화수소가 1,1,1-트리플루오로클로로에탄이며 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄이 제조되는 플루오르화법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 산화크롬이 산화알루미늄, 부분플루오르화 산화알루미늄 및 플루오르화알루미늄으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 담체상에 담지되어 있는 플루오르화법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 산화크롬의 양에 대하여 0.01-10몰%의 상기 하나이상의 금속을 함유하는 플루오르화법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 할로겐화 탄화수소에 대한 플루오르화 수소의 몰비가 0.9:1-16:1인 플루오르화법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 반응온도가 290-380℃인 플루오르화법.
