In a drafty tubing formed by sintering normal electroconductive metal and ceramic powder, voids are easily generated around ceramic particles, so that oxygen can be introduced therethrough to empty seats for oxygen in the superconductor of oxide type. This shortens the treatment time for introducing oxygen, and the superconductive characteristics can be enhanced easily.
