Claims (14)
- 500℃이상 온도에서 10초 이내에 탄화수소성 공급원료를 0.3-0.7nm의 공직경을 갖는 제올라이트를 함유한 제올라이트형 촉매와 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는, 최대한 330℃의 최종 비점을 갖는 탄화수소성 공급원료를 전환 시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공급원료를 0.2-6초 동안 제올라이트형 촉매와 접촉시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 온도가 500-900℃인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 온도가 550-800℃인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 제올라이트형 촉매가 제올라이트로서 0.3-0.7nm의 기공직경을 갖는 제올라이트 만을 본질적으로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 0.5-0.7nm의 기공 직경을 갖고 온도가 750℃이하인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 ZSM-5구조를 갖는 결정형 규산금속, 페리에라이트(ferrierite) 에리오나이트(erionite) 및 그들의 혼합물로 구성된 군중에서 선택된 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 본질적으로 그것의 수소형태로 있는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 압력이 1-10바아인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어는 한항에 있어서, 촉매/공급원료 중량비가 1-150:1, 바람직하게 20-120:1인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 촉매의 이동층(moving bed)내에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 공급원료가 적어도 -40℃의 초기 비점을 갖는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 공급원료가 C3-4-탄화수소, 나프타, 가솔린,케로신 또는 그들의 혼합물로 포함한 방법.
