Abstract
완충제 및 단백 오차 지시약을 함유하는 시약 시스템을 사용하여 요중의 단백질을 검출하기 위한 개선된 시험이 기술되어 있다. 이러한 방법은 완충 시스템으로서, 양이온 감지 완충제로서의 타르타르산을 비양이온 감지 완충제와 함께 사용하여 허위 양성 결과의 발생을 줄이는 한편, 전체 완충 물질을 보다 적게 사용한다.

Claims (14)
- 완충제 및 단백질의 존재하에 색상 변화를 일으키는 단백 오차 지시약의 시약 시스템으로 함침된 흡수성 담체를 포함하는 요중의 단백질을 검출하기 위한 시험 스트립에 있어서, 양이온 감지제로서의 타르타르산을 비 양이온 감지 완충제와 함께, 단백 오차 지시약이 요중의 상당량의 단백질의 부재하에 색상을 변화시키는 수준으로 시약의 pH 상승을 방지할 수 있는 양으로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 시험 스트립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 타르타르산 및 완충제가, 시약이 칼륨 이온을 140mM의 농도로 함유하는 요와 접촉시에, 시약의 pH를 약 0.5pH 단위 이상으로 감소시키기에 충분한 농도로 존재하는 스트립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단백 오차 지시약이 테트라브로모페놀 블루 또는 5′, 5″-디니트로-3′, 3″-디요오도-3,4,5,6-테트라브로모페놀설폰프탈레인인 스트립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡수성 담체가 여과지인 스트립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단백 오차 지시약의 양이, 지시약 농도가 0.1 내지 5..0mM인 용액에 스트립을 침지시키고 용매를 건조시킨 후 스트립에 남은 잔류분인 스트립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 타르타르산의 양이, 타르타르산 농도가 50 내지 750mM인 용액에 스트립을 침지시킨 후 스트립에 남은 잔류분이고, 비 양이온 감지 완충제의 양이, 타르타르산 대 비 양이온 감지 완충제의 비가 25mM : 700mM 내지 200mM : 100mM인 용액에 스트립을 침지시킨 후 스트립에 남은 잔류분인 스트립.
- 제6항에 있어서, 타르타르산 농도가 500 내지 600mM인 스트립.
- 제6항에 있어서, 비가 약 150mM : 475mM인 스트립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 타르타르산이 이양자화된 스트립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 타르타르산이 일양자화된 스트립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시약 시스템에 배경 염료가 포함된 스트립.
- 제10항에 있어서, 배경 염료가 pH 또는 광에 민감하지 않은 염료로부터 선택되는 스트립.
- 제11항에 있어서, 배경 염료가 메틸 레드, FD&C 레드 #3 또는 에시드 레드 #40인 스트립.
- 타르타르산 및 비 양이온 감지 완충제를 포함하는 완충 시스템, 및 단백 오차 지시약을 포함하는 시약 시스템과 요를 접촉시킴을 포함하는 요중의 단백질 시험.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
