Abstract

본 발명은 내마모부재에 관하여, 특히 알루미늄합금에 충격적으로 당접하는 내마모부재, 예를들면 알루미늄 합금재피스톤과 조합해서 사용되는 내연기관용 피스톤링에 관하여, 특히 호적한 내마모표면층을 가진 피스톤링에 관한 것으로서, 알루미늄합금제피스톤의 링홈에 있어서 피스톤링과 피스톤이 충돌하는데 따른 알루미늄 합금의 응착(凝着)마모를 방지하고, 피스톤, 피스톤링 쌍방의 마모를 저감하고, 내구성을 부여하는 것을 목적으로 한 것이며, 그 구성에 있어서, 압력링(8)의 베이스(1)의 적어도 상하면에 인산망강의 층(2)를 형성하고, 그 결정입자간의 빈틈에 평균입자직경 1∼2㎛ 2황화볼리브덴이 분산된 윤활제층(3)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 베이스위에 형성되고, 인산염화성처리피막으로 이루어진 제1피복층과, 상기 제1피복층위에 형성되고, 고체윤활제의 입자를 함유하는 제2피복층의 적층구조를 가진 내마모부재에 있어서, 상기 인산염화성처리막의 최표면부의 결정입자의 사이에 빈틈이 형성되고, 이 빈틈이 상기 고체윤활제의 입자를 채워넣는 폭 및 깊이를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모부재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다수의 상기 고체윤활제입자의 대부분을 상기 빈틈에 채워넣은 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모부재.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 인산염화성처리피막이 인산망간으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모부재.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고체윤활제의 평균입자직경이 1∼2㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모부재.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고체윤활제가 2황화몰리브덴인 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모부재.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미끄럼접촉하는 상대부재가 알루미늄합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모부재.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄합금이 양극산화되어 있지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모부재.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제1피복층 및 제2피복층이, 알루미늄합금제피스톤에 장착되는 피스톤의 적어도 상하면에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모부재.
  9. 제2항 내지 제8항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이산염화성처리하기전에 상기 베이스에 티탄콜로이드에 의한 포면조정처리를 행한 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모부재.
  10. 제4항 내지 제9항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2피복층의 두께가 3∼13㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모부재.
