Abstract

본 발명은 적어도 부분적으로 탄화수소의 혼합물로 이루어지는 유체를 하기 단계들에 의해 액화하는 방법에 관한 것이다 : - 압력하의 혼합물을 냉각하여 적어도 부분적으로 응축시키므로써 액체상과 가스상을 생성시키고 상기 상들중 하나 이상의 분획을 역류 흐름으로 적어도 부분적으로 동시 접촉시켜서, 물질 전이에 의해, 경탄화수소가 풍부한 가스 상 및 중탄화수소가 풍부한 제1액체상을 얻는 단계, 및 - 이렇게 해서 얻은 두 상을 분리하고 경탄화수소가 풍부한 가스상을 제2냉각 단계로 보내에 경탄화수소가 풍부한 제2액체상을 얻는 단계.

제2A도 및 제2B도는 본 발명에 따른 예비 냉각 사이클을 포함하는 액화 공정의 흐름도 및 냉각 회로의 실시예를 보여준다.

Claims (15)

  1. 하기 단계를 포함하여, 탄화수소의 혼합물이 일부 이상을 이루는 유체를 액화시키는 방법 : - 압력하의 상기 혼합물을 냉각하여 적어도 부분적으로 응축시키므로써 액체상과 가스상을 생성시키고 상기 상들 중 하나 이상의 분획을 역류 흐름으로 적어도 부분적으로 동시 접촉시켜서, 물질 전이에 의해, 경탄화수소가 풍부한 가스상 및 중탄화수소가 풍부한 제1액체상을 얻는 단계, 및 - 이렇게 해서 얻은 두 상을 분리하고 경탄화수소가 풍부한 가스상을 제2냉각 단계로 보내어 경탄화수소가 풍부한 제2액체상을 얻는 단계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 예비 냉각 단계동안, 상승하는 가스상은 하강하는 액체 탄화수소상과 접촉하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 예비 냉각 단계동안, 적어도 부분적으로 연속적인 역류 열교환에 의해 접촉구간의 일부 이상에 걸쳐 냉각을 수행하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 예비 냉각 단계 동안, 두 개 이상의 상이한 액체 분획은 상이한 레벨에서 분리되는 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 예비 냉각 단계 및 상기 최종 액화 단계는 냉각 혼합물을 사용하여 각각 작동하는 두 개의 상이한 냉각 사이클에 의해 수행되는 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 예비 냉각 단계 및 상기 최종 액화 단계는 냉각 혼합물을 사용하여 작동하는 단일 냉각 사이클에 의해 수행되는 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에비 냉각 단계는 용매 존재하에서 수행되는 방법.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 천연가스를 액화시키는 방법.
  9. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 천연가스를 액화시키는 데 필요한 냉각은 당해 방법의 액화 단계로부터 얻은 탄화수소 혼합물의 하나 이상의 액체분획을 증발시키므로써 적어도 부분적으로 달성되는 천연가스를 액화시키는 방법.
  10. - 열교환에 가스내에 함유되어 있는 중탄화수소 일부 이상을 응축시켜 액체 탄화수소 분획을 산출하는 냉각 회로, - 상기 가스상과 상기 액체 탄화수소 분획을 역류흐름으로 적어도 부분적으로 직접 접촉시키는 하나 이상의 주회로에 연결되어 있는, 가공하고자 하는 상기 가스를 전달하는 하나 이상의 라인(2), - 중탄화수소자 회박한 메탄이 풍부한 가스상을 얻기 위한, 상기 냉각 회로와 상기 주접촉 회로간의 열교환 및 상기 가스상과 상기 액체 탄화수소 분획간의 직접적인 역류 접촉, - 상기 유체가 액화 완료되는 시점에서 상기 메탄이 풍부한 가스상을 제2냉각 단계로 보내기 위한 하나 이상의 제1방출 라인(5) 및 상기 액체 상을 방출시키기 위한하나 이상의 제2라인을 포함하는 하나 이상의 예비 냉각 디바이스를 포함하는, 적어도 부분적으로 탄화수소 혼합물로 이루어지는 유체를 액화시키는 플랜트.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 디바이스는 상기 액체 탄화수소 분획을 인발하는 하나 이상의 수단(7,8)을 포함하는 플랜트.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 응축된 액체 탄화수소 분획을 안정화시키는 수단을 포함하며, 상기 안정화 수단은 상기 인발 수단에 연결되어 있는 플랜트.
  13. 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 예비 냉각 디바이스는 가스가 아닌 하나 이상의 유체를 주입시키는 주입수단을 하나 이상 포함하는 플랜트.
  14. 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 예비 냉각 디바이스는 가공하고자 하는 상승하는 가스와 중력에 의해 하류로 흐르는 액체 분획을 접촉시키는 수직 판 교환기를 포함하는 플랜트.
  15. 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 놋쇠를 입힌 알루미늄판 교환기를 포함하는 예비 냉각 디바이스 및 스텐레스 스틸판 교환기를 포함하는 최종 액화 디바이스를 포함하는 플랜트.
