Claims (9)

  1. (a) 가스스트림을 냉각시켜 그것을 부분응축시키는 단계, (b) 부분응축된 가스스트림을 상분리장치내에서 증기 성분과 액체성분으로 상분리시키는 단계, (c) 단계(b)의 증기 성분을 저온 분류를 통해 정류시킴으로써 가벼운 가스스트림과 무거운 액체 스트림을 분리 생성시키는 단계, 및 (d) 단계 (b)의 액체 성분 및 단계(c)의 무거운 액체 스트림을 뒷끓임 장치가 장착된 스트리핑 컬럼내에서 스트리핑 처리하는 단계(이때 상기 스트리핑 컬럼의 하단부로 부터 배출되는 스트림은 무거운 탄화수소 산물임), (e) 합성 냉각제를 사용하는 단일 고리의 증기 재압축 냉각장치를 통해 방법 시행동안 상당량을 냉장시키는 단계를 포함하여 가스스트림을 포함한 탄화수소로 부터 중탄화수소 산물을 회수하는 저온분리방법에 있어서, 상기 분리방법의 효율성을 증가시키기 위한 하기 (i) 내지 (iv)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리방법.
    (i) 단계(b)의 액체 성분과 단계(c)의 무거운 액체 스트림을 단계(d)의 스트리핑 컬럼으로 직접 보내고, (ii) 스트리핑 컬럼을 주위온도 이하에서 작동시키고, (iii) 스트리핑 컬럼의 상층부 증기를 단계(b)의 상분리장치에 직접 보냄으로써 (b)의 증기 성분과 정류되도록 하며, (iv) 단계(e)에서 사용된 합성 냉각제를 스트리핑 컬럼의 뒷끓임 장치에 열매체로서 사용함으로써 뒷끓임 장치에 최소한 어느 정도의 열을 제공한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 포함 가스스트림이 수소, 질소, 일산화탄소, 이산화탄소, 메탄 및 C2 +탄화수소를 포함하는 분리방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중탄화수소 산물이 C2 +탄화수소를 포함하는 분리방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중탄화수소 산물이 C3 +탄화수소를 포함하는 분리방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서. 상기 탄화수소 포함 가스스트림의 압력이 40 내지 200psia이고 상기 가스스트림을 압축시키는 단계는 포함하지 않은 분리방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성 냉각제의 성분이 탄화수소 포함 가스스트림으로 부터 획득되는 분리방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급가스를 팽창시킴으로써 상기 방법에서 보충적 냉장 효과를 내는 분리방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중탄화수소 산물을 기화시킴으로써 상기 방법에서 보충적 냉장효과를 내는 분리방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 뒷끓임 장치에는 공급물, 산물 또는 합성 냉각제를 통해서만 열이 공급되고 스팀과 같은 외적열원은 사용하지 않은 분리방법.
