Abstract
실온 근처에서 온도에 의존하는 유전 상수가 Pb,(Nb, Mg, Ti)206+x피로클로르와 Pb(Nb, Mg, Ti)O3페로브스카이트의 상 혼합물인 벌크 세라믹에 대해 측정되어왔다. 피로클로르에 대한 유전 상수의 (-)온도 계수가 페로브스카이트의 유전 상수의 (+)온도 계수에 의해 매우 밀접하게 보정되는 일련의 조성물이 발견되었다. 이들 조성물은 200 근처의 유전 상수, 1MHz에서 200근처의 Q′을 갖고, 이들은 많이 연구된 높은 유전 상수, 낮은 Q의 바륨-스트론튬 티타네이트 및 낮은 유전 상수, 높은 Q의 바륨-란타니드 티타네이트사이의 유전의 중간 계층을 구성한다.

제1도는 Pb : ∑(Nb+Mg+Ti) =1 : 1인 곳에서 평면에서의 PbO-Nb205-MgO-TiO2상 다이아그램의 일부이다. 등고선은 20℃에서의 유전 상수의 값을 나타낸다. 빗금친 부분은 k대 T의 기울기가 낮은 K에서의 (-)에서 높은 K에서의 (+)로 변하는 곳의 조성물 영역이다.
제2도는 가장 우수한 보정 물질중 일부에 대한 20℃ 부근의 온도에서의 K의 변이를 나타내는 그래프이다.
제3도는 Pb 과다 및 결핍의 함수로서 특정한 Nb : Mg : Ti의 비에 대한 20℃ 부근의 온도에서의 K의 변이를 나타내는 그래프이다.
Claims (7)
- 페로브스카이트 및 피로클로르가 실질적으로 평형을 이룬 평면에서 4원 시스템 PbO-MgO-Nb2O5-TiO2를 포함하는, 높은 유전 상수 및 유전 상수의 낮은 온도 의존성을 갖는 유전 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1Pbo : ∑(Mg+Ti+Nb)가 약 1인 유전 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, Pb2Mg1/3Nb2/306.5-PbTiO3-PbMg1/3Nb2/303삼각형인 유전 물질.
- 유전 상수의 낮은 온도 의존성을 제공하기에 효과적인 양의 높은 Tc페로브스카이트 Pb(Nb, Mg, Ti)03와, 낮은 Tc피로클로르 상 Pb2(Nb, Mg, Ti)206+x의 혼합물을 포함하는 유전 물질.
- 제3항에 있어서, 약 90 내지 95%의 Pb2(Nb, Mg, Ti)206+x피로클로르와 약 5 내지 10%의 Pb(Nb, Mg,Ti)03페로브스카이트를 포함하는 유전 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물이 PbTi03및 PbMg1/3Nb2/303페로브스카이트 및 Pb2Nb207및 Pb2Mg1/3Nb2/306.5피로클로르를 함유하는 평면을 포함하는 유전 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, PbxNbyMgzTiu(이때, x는 0.9 내지 1.1이고, y는 0.6 내지 0.8이고, z는 0.05 내지 0.15 이며, u는 0.10 내지 0.30임) 산화물을 포함하는 유전물질.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
