Abstract
바륨 스트론튬 티타네이트(BST)의 다결정성 세라믹에 대한 유전 상수의 온도 계수(TCK)는 사각형 청동유형의 바륨 스트론튬 니오베이트(BSN)와의 혼합을 통해 감소하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3세라믹에 대해서, BSN의 10% 혼합으로 10MHz에서 TCK가 계수 2.5까지 감소하며, 이때 유전율 손실은 무시할정도로 감소된다. BSN의 37.5% 혼합은 TCK를 계수 100 이상까지 감소시킨다. 이 혼합물에 대한 유전 상수는 200 내지 500의 범위이다.

제2도는 -20 내지 60℃ 범위의 온도에서 Ba0.25Sr0.75TiO3-Ba0.25Sr0.75Nb2O6벌크 세라믹에 대해 측정된 100kHz(주 패널) 및 10MHz(삽입물)에서의 유전 상수를 도시한다,
제3도는 -20 내지 60℃ 범위의 온도에서 여러개의 거의 보정된 BST-BSN세라믹에 대한 유전 상수의 온도 의존성을 도시한다.
Claims (4)
- Ba1-xSrxTiO3-Ba1-xSrxNb206(BSN)의 혼합물(여기에서 x는 약 0.1 내지 약 0.9이고, 혼합물중의 BST 대 BSN의 몰비는 약 0.95 : 0.05 내지 약 0.5 : 0.5의 범위이다)을 포함하는 유전 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서 혼합물중의 BST 대 BSN의 몰비가 약 0.9 : 1 내지 약 0.55 : 0.45의 범위인 유전 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, x가 약 0.25 내지 약 0.5인 유전 물질.
- 제3항에 있어서, 혼합물중의 BST 대 BSN의 몰비가 약 0.9 : 1 내지 약 0.55 : 0.45의 범위인 유전 물질.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
