Abstract

팔레트 레이-업 시스템은 일체형 단부 플랜지로 권취된 스풀형 종이 지지부가 별도의 레이-업 스테이션에서 공급된 제1 및 제2절첩식 판지 데크 시트에 접착제로 부착되기 위하여 연속 선형 어레이로 처리되는 방법을 사용한다. 이 방법은 부분 데크 시트, 다층 데크 시트 및 이들의 여러 조합을 포함하는 여러 종류의 팔레트 및 팔레트형 구조물을 제조하도록 동일한 기본 시스템을 사용하는 여러 형태로 변경할 수도 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 종이 팔레트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (가) 일체형 단부 플랜지를 갖는 중공 적층형 종이 지지부를 마련하는 단계와, (나) 이격된 지지부의 열을 각각 포함하는 상기 지지부의 연속 선형 어레이를 형성하는 단계와, (다) 선형 형성 방향으로서 지지부의 제1어레이를 제1조립 스테이션으로 이동시키는 단계와, (라) 제1어레이의 단부 플랜지를 제1조립 스테이션에 위치한 제1장방형 데크 시트의 인 평표면에 접착제로 부착하는 단계와, (마) 제1데크 시트를 이의 제1어레이를 측 방향으로 이격시키도록 선형 형성 방향을 교차하는 방향으로 제1스테이션을 통해서 증분식으로 전진하는 단계와, (바) 지지부의 제2어레이에 대하여 상기 단계 (다) 내지 (마)를 반복하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (가) 제1데크 시트 및 이에 부착된 지지부 어레이를 제2조립 스테이션으로 이송하는 단계와, (나) 제2장방형 판지 데크 시트의 일 평표면을 제2스테이션의 지지부 어레이 중 적어도 하나의 어레이의 타단부 플랜지들에 접착제로 부착하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2데크 시트들이 동일한 크기 및 형상을 취하고, 상기 방법이 제2데크 시트의 표면을 상기 모든 어레이의 타단부 플랜지들에 부착하는 변경된 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2데크 시트중 하나가 절첩식 판지 용기의 바닥벽을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제2장에 있어서 제1 및 제2조립 스테이션 각각에 상기 시트를 위치시키기전에 제1 및 제2판지 데크 시트중 하나에 개구를 절단 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 중공 적충식 종이 지지부를 마련하는 단계가 플랜지형 맨드릴 상에 접착제 코팅된 종이를 권취하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 판지 데크 제품을 마련하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 팔레트형 제품을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (가) 일체형 단부 플랜지를 갖는 중공 종이 지지부를 마련하는 단계와, (나) 상기 지지부를 제1조립 스테이션으로 연속 이동시키는 단계와, (다) 일련의 제1판지 데크 시트를 제1조립 스테이션으로 연속 이동시키는 단계와, (라) 각 지지부의 일단부 플랜지를 제1조립 스테이션의 각 데크 시트의 일 표면에 접착제로 부착하는 단계와, (마) 상기 접착제를 경화시키고 제1데트 시트 및 이에 부착된 지지부를 제2조립 스테이션으로 이송하는 단계와, (바) 제2데크 시트의 일 표면을 제2스테이션의 타단부 플랜지에 접착제로 부착하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2판지 데크 시트를 마련하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
