Abstract
저점도유체를 고점도유체에 혼합하는 혼합장치(2)는, 고점도유체를 반송하고, 메인믹서(1)의 내장된 스태틱 혼합유니트(la)를 가지는 메인라인(2a)과, 메인라인으로부터 메인믹서의 입구까지 연결되는 분기흐름을 위한 분기라인(2b)과, 분기라인에 위치된 펌프(3)와, 분기라인의 단부에 배설된 스태틱 보조믹서(5)와, 저점도유체를 공급하도록 보조믹서의 입구에 배설된 노즐(40)로 이루어지고, 메인라인과 메인믹서의 분기라인은 필수적으로 평행한 축을 가지는 파이프부(24,25)로 구성된다.

Claims (13)
- 고점도유체를 반송하고, 메인믹서(1)의 내장된 스태틱 혼합유니트(la)를 가지는 메인라인(2a)과, 메인라인으로부터 메인믹서의 입구까지 연결되는 분기흐름을 위한 분기라인(2b)과, 분기라인에 위치된 펌프(3)와, 분기라인의 단부에 배설된 스태틱 보조믹서(5)와, 저점도유체를 공급하도록 보조믹서의 입구에 배설된 노즐(40)로 이루어지고, 메인라인과 메인믹서의 분기라인은 필수적으로 평행한 축을 가지는 파이프부(24,25)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저점도유체를 고점도유체에 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합장치(2).
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 보조믹서(5)의 출구와 메인믹서(1)의 입구 사이의 거리는 보조믹서의 내장된 혼합유니트(1b)의 직경(D)의 2배보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합장치.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 분기라인(2b)은 메인믹서(1)의 상류의 메인라인(2a)으로부터 분기되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합장치.
- 청구항 1~3중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 메인라인(2a)은 메인믹서(1)에 선행하는 직각벤드된 형상이고, 이 직각벤드된 영역내에 보조믹서(5)가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합장치.
- 청구항 1∼4중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보조믹서(5)는 열교환기로서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합장치.
- 청구항 1∼5중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 저점도유체용 피드노즐(40)은 고점도 유체의 흐름방향과 직교하여 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합장치.
- 청구항 1∼6중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 피드노즐(40)의 팁(41)은 고점도유체의 흐름방향과 필수적으로 평행으로 위치하고, 노즐(40)과 보조믹서(5)의 사이에 개구(42)가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합장치.
- 청구항 1~7중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 메인믹서(1)는 프리믹서(pre-mixer)(la′)와, 혼합유니트(la)의 직경이 프리믹서보다 큰 포스트믹서(post-mixer)를 내장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합장치.
- 청구항 1∼8중 어느 한 항에 따른 장치를 사용하여 점도비가 최소한 2가지 크기인 2가지 유체를 혼합하는 방법에 있어서, 고점도유체의 50% 이하, 바람직하게는 10~15%가 메인라인으로부터 분기라인으로 분기되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합장치.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 메인믹서에서보다 보조믹서에서 유체혼합물의 현저히 큰 전단력이 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합방법.
- 청구항 9 또는 10에 있어서, 고점도유체는 멜트이고, 저점도유체는 액체 또는 가스질 첨가제이고, 보조 믹서에서는 이 첨가제가 액적 또는 버블의 형태로 분기라인의 고점도유체내에 분산되고, 메인믹서에서는 이렇게 발생된 분산체가 메인라인의 유체와 혼합되고, 메인믹서에서 머무르는 시간이 액적 또는 버블로부터 고점도 유체내로 확산된 결과로서 첨가물이 최소한 부분적으로 용해될 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합방법.
- 청구항 9∼11중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 메인믹서는 20∼60바의 압력차로 작동되고, 80∼200바의 구동압력차가 분기라인에서의 펌프에 의하여 보조믹서용으로 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합방법.
- 유체첨가물을 폴리머멜트에 혼합하기 위한 청구항 9∼12중 어느 한 항에 의한 프로세스의 이용.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
