Abstract
본 발명은, 뛰어난 기계적강도 및 유연성을 가지고, 또한 적당한 가수분해성을 가진 생체흡수성중합체 및 이 중합체로부터 성형된 의료용성형물, 특히 모노필라멘트상봉합사를 제공하는 것을 과제로 한 것이며, 그 해결수단으로서, 말단에 수산기를 가지고, 또한 2000 이상 500,000 이하의 중량평균분자량을 가진, 폴리락트산 100 중량부의 존재하, 먼저 ε-카프로락톤 20∼1200중량부를 개환중합하고, 이어서, 이 ε-카프롤락톤의 개환중합의 도중 또는 완료후에 글리콜리드 15∼1200 중량부를 첨가해서 개환중합하므로서 얻게 되는, 폴리락트산세그먼트, 폴리(ε-카프로락톤)세그먼트 및 폴리글리콜산세그먼트로 이루어지고, 중량평균분자량이 10,000∼1,000,000인 3원블록공중합체, 그 제조방법 및 이 중합체로부터 성형된 의료용성형물을 특징으로 한 것이다.

Claims (13)
- 말단에 수산기를 가지고, 또한 2000 이상 500,000 이하의 중량평균분자량을 가진, 폴리락트산 100 중량부의 존재하, 먼저 ε-카프로락톤 20∼1200중량부를 개환중합하고, 이어서, 상기 ε-카프롤락톤의 개환중합의 도중 또는 완료후에 글리콜리드 15∼1200 중량부를 첨가해서 개환중합하므로서 얻게 되는, 폴리락트산세그먼트, 폴리(ε-카프로락톤)세그먼트 및 폴리글리콜산세그먼트로 이루어지고, 중량평균분자량이 10,000∼1,000,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 3원블록공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중량평균분자량이 10,000 이상인 폴리락트산 100 중량부에 대해서, ε-카프로락톤 20∼300중량부와 글리콜리드 25∼1200중량부를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3원블록공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중량평균분자량이 50,000∼400,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 3원블록공중합체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 사용하는 ε-카프로락톤의 양이, 폴리락트산, ε-카프로락톤 및 글리콜리드의 합계량의 15% 이상이며, 사용하는 폴리락트산과 ε-카프로락톤의 합계량이, 폴리락트산, ε-카프로락톤 및 글리콜리드의 합계량의 30% 이상, 90% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 3원블록공중합체.
- 식중, x, y 및 z는, 정의수를 표시하고, x:y:z=100:a:b이며, a는 13∼810이며, b는 20∼1593이다. 또, p는 수소원자, 또는 탄소수 1∼18의 알칼기 혹은 카르복시 알킬렌기이며, Q는 수소원자 또는 1가 혹은 다가의 금속원자이다)로 표시되는 폴리락트산 세그먼트(A), 폴리카프로락톤세그먼트(B) 및 폴리글리콜산세그먼트(C)로 이루어진 ABC형 3원블록공중합체.
- 말단에 수산기를 가지고, 또한 2000 이상 500,000 이하의 중량평균분자량을 가진, 폴리락트산 100 중량부의 존재하, 먼저 ε-카프로락톤 20∼1200중량부를 개환중합하고, 이어서, 이 ε-카프롤락톤의 개환중합의 도중 또는 완료후에 글리콜리드 15∼1200 중량부를 첨가해서 개환중합하므로서 이루어지고, 폴리락트산세그먼트, 폴리(ε-카프로락톤)세그먼트 및 폴리글리콜산세그먼트로 이루어지고, 중량평균분자량이 10,000∼1,000,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 3원블록공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 중량평균분자량이 10,000 이상인 폴리락트산 100 중량부에 대해, ε-카프로락톤 20∼300중량부와 글리콜리드 25∼1200중량부를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3원블록공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 사용하는 ε-카프로락톤의 양이, 폴리락트산, ε-카프로락톤 및 글리콜리드의 합계량의 15% 이상이며, 사용하는 폴리락트산과 ε-카프로락톤의 합계량이, 폴리락트산, ε-카프로락톤 및 글리콜리드의 합계량의 30% 이상, 90% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 3원블록공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, ε-카프로락톤의 전화율이 적어도 70중량%에 도달한 시점에서 글리콜리드의 첨가를 개시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3원블록공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 1분간당 글리콜리드의 첨가량이, 사용하는 폴리락트산과 ε-카프로락톤과의 중량의 합계량이 20%를 초과하지 않는 양이 되도록, 글리콜리드를 연속적 혹은 간헐적으로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3원블록공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 글리콜리드의 개환중합을, 글리콜리드의 전화율이 적어도 95중량% 이상이 될 때까지 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3원블록공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항∼제5항의 어느 한 항에 기재된 3원블록공중합체로부터 제작된 것을 특징으로 하는 생체흡수성의료용조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 생체흡수성의료용성형물이, 모노필라멘트상봉합사인 것을 특징으로 하는 생체흡수성의료용성형물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
