Abstract

본 발명은 좌석을 구성하는 쿠션재를 다충화하여 적층하고 내부에 원추형의 복합스프링을 형성한 자동차의 시트쿠션에 관한 것으로 종래의 시트쿠션은 단일 스폰지내에 스프링을 설치하여 차체 바닥 패널을 통하여 승객에게 전달되는 충격을 방지하는 효과가 미비하므로서 승차감이 저하되는 문제점이 있어왔던바 시트쿠션내에 쿠션재를 다층으로 적층하고 이렇게 적층된 쿠션재 내부에 원추형의 복합스프링을 형성하므로서 시트쿠션에 작용하는 충격을 완화하도록 하여 보다 안락한 승차감을 주는 효과가 있는 자동차의 시트쿠션이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동차의 시트쿠션(1)에 있어서, 시트의 표면을 형성하는 시트표피재(2)와; 상기 시트표피재(2)의 하부로 승객의 엉덩이와 맞닿는 부분에 형성되는 마블스폰지(3)와; 상기 마블스폰지(3)를 둘러싸는 동시에 시트표피재(2)의 하부에 형성되는 발포스폰지(4)와; 원추형의 스프링커버(6)에 삽입되어 상기 발포스폰지(4)내에 형성되는 원추 스프링(7) 및 상기 발포스폰지(4)와 원추 스프링(7)의 하부와 맞닿아 형성되는 시트패널(5)을 구비하는 자동차의 시트쿠션.
