Abstract

Claims (34)

  1. 내부 공간이 없는 일체로 성형된 단일 부품 광선 스트립에 있어서, 예정된 거리 만큼 서로 이격되어 있고 또한 전원에 작동가능하게 접속된 제1 및 제2버스 요소; 상기 제1 및 제2버스 요소 사이에 접속된 적어도 하나의 광선 방출 다이오드(LED); 및 보호부를 제공하고 또한 습기를 방지하는 광선 스트립을 만들기 위해 제1 및 제2버스 요소와 LED를 완전하게 에워싸는 압출된 플라스틱 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 단일 부품 광선 스트립.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2버스 요소 사이에 LED와 직렬로 접속된 적어도 하나의 저항기를 부가적으로 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 단일 부품 과언 스트립.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2버스 요소 사이에 접속된 제1 다수의 LED를 부가적으로 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 단일 부품 광선 스트립.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 다수의 별개의 인쇄된 회로를 가진 기판 스트립을 부가로 포함하며, 상기 LED는 광선 스트립이 상기 별개의 인쇄된 회로에 대응하는 별개의 부분으로 절단될 수 있도록 별개의 인쇄된 회로에 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 단일 부품 광선 스트립.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기판 스트립은 폴리에스터 기판 스트립을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 단일 부품 광선 스트립.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 기판 스트립은 유리 섬유 기판 스트립을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 단일 부품 광선 스트립.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 기판 스트립은 폴리아미드 기판 스트립을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 단일 부품 광선 스트립.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 전원에 작동가능하게 접속된 제3버스 요소; 상기 제3버스 요소 및 제2버스 요소 사이에 병렬로 작동가능하게 접속된 적어도 하나의 저항기; 및 상기 저항기와 직렬로 접속된 적어도 하나의 LED를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 단일 부품 광선 스트립.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 제2버스 요소 및 제3버스 요소 사이에 접속된 제1버스 요소와의 전기적인 접촉으로부터 상기 저항기와 LED를 절연시키기 위해 또한 제1버스 요소 및 제2버스 요소 사이에 접속된 상기 제3버스 요소와의 전기적인 접촉으로부터 저항기 및 LED를 절연기키기 위해, 제1버스 요소 및 제2버스 요소의 상부 부분을 가로질러 위치하는 비전도성층을 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 단일 부품 광선 스트립.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 압출된 소성 재료의 상부 표면과 LED 사이에 매립되어 있고, LED의 발광체상에서 발광되는 표시부를 가지는 부분적으로 투명한 비전도성 재료의 투명한 층을 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 단일부품 광선 스트립.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 압출된 재료는 아이노머 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 단일부품 광선 스트립.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 압출된 재료는 아이노머 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 단일 부품광선 스트립.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 압출된 재료는 폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 단일 부품 광선 스트립.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, LED가 장착된 폴리에스터 기판을 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 단일 부품 광선 스트립.
  15. 기관; 전원과 전기적으로 통신하기 위해 기판상에 장착된 다수의 광선 방출 다이오드; 및 기판 및 LED를 완전하게 에워싸는 압출된 열가소성 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 광선 스티립.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 폴리에스터 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 광선 스트립.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, LED와 접촉하는 기판상에 형성된 인쇄된 회로; 및 압출된 열가소성 재료내부에 넣어져 있고 또한 광선 방출 다이오드를 전원에 전기적으로 접속시키기 위해 상기 인쇄된 회로와 접촉하는 버스 요소를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 광선 스트립.
  18. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 전원과의 전기적 통신을 위해 상기 기판과 전기적으로 접촉된 제2광선 방출 다이오드의 열을 부가로 포함하며, 상기 광선 방출 다이오드의 제2열은 압출된 열가소성 재료내부에 완전히 넣어진 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 광선 스트립.
  19. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 압출된 열가소성 재료는 광선 스트립에 가해지는 부하에 따른 기계적인 손상과 습기 손상으로부터 LED를 보호하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 광선 스트립.
  20. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 광선 스트립을 수용하는 신장된 채널 트랙을 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 광선 스트립.
  21. 제15항에 있어서, 예정된 위치로 광선 스트립을 유지하기 위해 압출된 열가소성 재료의 바닥 표면에 부착된 접착제를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 광선 스트립.
  22. 제15항에 있어서, 제1광선 스트립으로부터 이격되어 있고 또한 제1광선 스트립과 전기적으로 접속된 제2광선 스트립을 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 광선 스트립.
  23. 제15항에 있어서, LED는 광선 스트립이 별개의 부분으로 나누어질 수 있도록 포위되는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 광선 스트립.
  24. 제15항에 있어서, 다수의 광선 방출 다이오드가 발광되지 않을 때 장식적인 모양을 제공하고 또한 다수의 광선 방출 다이오드가 발광될 때 광선을 통과시키는 광선 방출 다이오드 너머로 압출된 열가소성 재료내에 넣어진 반투명 필름을 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 광선 스트립.
  25. 버스 요소를 압출기로 연속적으로 공급하는 단계; 작동 가능하게 장착된 적어도 하나의 LED를 가진 회로를 압출기로 연속적으로 공급하는 단계; 및 버스 요소, 회로 및 LED를 에워싼 회로를 손상시키는 온도 이하에서 플라스틱 재료를 압출시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 단일 부품 광선 스트립을 제조하기 위한 방법.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 플라스틱 재료를 압출하는 동안 회로를 버스 요소에 작동가능하게 접속시키는 단계를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 단일 부품 광선 스트립을 제조하기 위한 방법.
  27. 제25항에 있어서, 광선 스트립의 상부 표면 근처에 있는 반투명 재료의 층을 에워싸기 위한 표시부를 가진 재료의 반투명층을 압출기에 연속적으로 공급하는 단계를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 단일 부품 광선 스트립을 제조하기 위한 방법.
  28. 제25항에 있어서, 광선 스트립을 성형하기 위해 성형 로울러 사이에서 수용된 버스 요소 및 회로를 통과시키는 단계를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 단일 부품 광선 스트립을 제조하기 위한 방법.

  30. 제29항에 있어서, 별개의 부분으로 냉각된 광선 스트립을 절단하는 단계를 부가로 포함하는 일체헝으로 성형된 단일 부품 광선 스트립을 제조하기 위한 방법.
  31. 제30항에 있어서, 전원과의 버스 요소의 전기적 접속을 위해 전기 커넥터를 광선 스트립의 제1단부 및 제2단부에 부착시키는 단계 또는 광선 스트립과 같은 제2의 전기 커넥터에 부착시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 단일 부품 광선 스트립을 제조하기 위한 방법.
  32. 제25항에 있어서, 회로를 손상시키는 온도 이하에서 소성 재료를 압출하는 단계는 약 350°F(176.7℃)에서 소성 재료를 압출하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형으로 성형된 단일 부품 광선 스트립을 제조하기 위한 방법.
  33. 회로에 선택적으로 에너지가 공급될 때 발광하는 관련된 적어도 하나의 LED를 가진 회로를 공급하는 단계; 및 어떤 내부 공간도 갖지 않는 연장된 일체형의 단일 부품 광선 스트립을 성형하기 위해 압출된 열가소성 재료내부에 회로 및 LED를 넣는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 부품 광선 스트립을 제조하기 위한 방법.
  34. 제33항에 있어서, 버스 요소를 공급하는 단계; 회로 및 LED와 함께 버스 요소를 넣는 단계; 및 압출된 열가소성 재료 내부에 버스 요소, 회로 및 LED를 에워싸는 동안 회로와 작동가능하게 접촉하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 부품 광선 스트립을 제조하기 위한 방법.
