Abstract
본 발명은 불활성 지지체 상에 코발트와, 백금, 팔라듐, 로듐, 이리듐, 루데늄, 오스뮴, 레늄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 귀금속을 0.5 : 1 내지 70000 : 1의 원자비로 함유하고, 임의로 염기성 알칼리 금속염 및 알칼리 토금속염, 스칸듐, 바나듐, 크롬, 망간, 철, 니켈, 구리, 아연, 게르마늄, 주석, 납, 안티몬, 비스무쓰 또는 이들의 혼합물을 함유하는 코발트 함유 지지 촉매, 특히 졸 함침법에 의해 제조된 신규한 코발트 함유 지지 촉매 존재하에, 150 내지 300℃범위의 온도의 액상 중에 하기 화학식 2의 디올로부터 하기 화학식 1의 불포화 시클릭 에테르의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
식 중, Z는 -(CHR4)q또는 -(CHR4)q-O-이고, q는 0, 1, 2 또는 3이며, R1, R2, R3및 R4는 C1-C4알킬이다.

Claims (8)
- 불활성 지지체 상에 코발트와, 백금, 팔라듐, 로듐, 이리듐, 루데늄, 오스뮴, 레늄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 귀금속을 0.5 : 1 내지 70000 : 1의 원자비로 함유하고, 임의로 염기성 알칼리 금속염 및 알칼리 토금속염, 스칸듐, 바나듐, 크롬, 망간, 철, 니켈, 구리, 아연, 게르마늄, 주석, 납, 안티몬, 비스무쓰 또는 이들의 혼합물을 함유하는, 특히 졸 함침법에 의해 제조된 신규한 코발트 함유 지지 촉매 존재하에, 150 내지 300℃범위의 온도의 액상 중에 하기 화학식 2의 디올로부터 하기 화학식 1의 불포화 시클릭 에테르의 제조 방법.식 중, Z는 -(CHR4)q또는 -(CHR4)q-O-이고, q는 0, 1, 2 또는 3이며, R1, R2, R3및 R4는 C1-C4알킬이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 코발트 함유 지지 촉매가 코발트 1 내지 70중량%, 및 1종 이상의 귀금속 0.001 내지 2중량%를 함유하는 것인 화학식 1의 불포화 시클릭 에테르의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용된 코발트 함유 지지 촉매가 염기성 알칼리 금속염 또는 알칼리 토금속염 또는 이들의 혼합물을 존재하는 총 금속의 양을 기준으로 하여 0.001 내지 10중량%의 양으로 함유하는 것인 화학식 1의 불포화 시클릭 에테르의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 도중에 염기성 알칼리 금속염 또는 알칼리 토금속염 또는 이들의 혼합물을 화학식 1의 불포화 시클릭 에테르를 기준으로 하여 0.05 내지 1중량%의 양으로 첨가하는 것인 화학식 1의 불포화 시클릭 에테르의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 코발트 함유 지지 촉매가 스칸듐, 바나듐, 크롬, 망간, 철, 니켈, 구리, 아연, 게르마늄, 주석, 납, 안티몬, 비스무쓰 또는 이들의 혼합물을 총 금속의 양을 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 10중량%의 양으로 함유하는 것인 화학식 1의 불포화 시클릭 에테르의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원소 백금, 팔라듐, 로듐, 이리듐, 루테늄, 오스뮴, 레늄 또는 이들의 혼합물을 코발트 함유 지지 촉매를 졸 형태로 적용하는 것인 화학식 1의 불포화 시클릭 에테르의 제조 방법.
- 불활성 지지체 상에 코발트와, 백금, 팔라듐, 로듐, 이리듐, 루테늄, 오스뮴, 레늄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 귀금속을 0.5 : 1 내지 70,000 : 1의 원자비로 함유하고, 임의로 염기성 알칼리 금속염 및 알칼리 토금속염, 스칸듐, 바나듐, 크롬, 망간, 철, 니켈, 구리, 아연, 게르마늄, 주석, 납, 안티몬, 비스무쓰 또는 이들의 혼합물을 함유하는 코발트 함유 지지 촉매.
- 불활성 지지체 상에 코발트와, 백금, 팔라듐, 로듐, 이리듐, 루테늄, 오스뮴, 레늄 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 귀금속을 0.5 : 1 내지 70,000 : 1의 원자비로 함유하고, 임의로 염기성 알칼리 금속염 및 알칼리 토금속염, 스칸듐, 바나듐, 크롬, 망간, 철, 니켈, 구리, 아연, 게르마늄, 주석, 납, 안티몬, 비스무쓰 또는 이들의 혼합물을 함유하고, 졸을 사용하여 함침시킴으로써 제조되는 코발트 함유 지지 촉매.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
